B&B HOTEL Rostock City-West in Rostock

I arrived at the hotel around 2am. I used the automated check in process outside the hotel. This was tedious, but it worked eventually.
When I arrived to my room I was confronted with a room that had not been cleaned since the last guest. The bedding was bundled on the floor, the towels had all been used, the bins were full of rubbish, I was half expecting someone else to be staying in the room.
At this point I searched for a phone number or something to help me get in contact with the staff, however was unable too.
I therefore left the hotel and contacted them in the morning via email. I quickly received a reply, stating they could not do anything about this unless I had evidence.
Unfortunately I did not take an image when I arrived. In hindsight I should have, however after travelling all day, and arriving at 2am, it did not occur to me.
So I'm left paying for a room I couldn't use, and quite frankly i do not think the hotel could care any less.
I have since checked into the Radisson, where by in complete contrast, the hotel, service and staff couldn't have been better.

Do Not Stay at the B&B Hotel Rostock City-West!!!!!

1- Don't choose this hotel if you need wifi!! They didn't have proper wifi! We couldn't connect to the wifi at all during our whole stay in the hotel. When we asked the staff to solve this problem, they claimed that "we have poor wifi connection, it is what it is!"
2- super low quality toilet papers
3- we had to pay 30euros (15 for each person) upon check in! They claimed it is mandatory to pay ( it was not mentioned in website)! They forced us to pay for a ticked called gäste card even though we had Deutschland ticket and we didn't need that at all.
