Good value and great location. The reception was hard for us to find and we spent about 15 minutes wandering around, so it would be helpful to get an informational email saying exactly where to go for the reception. The name above the door wasn't the one we were expecting to see. Other than that it was all good!

Excellent hotel garni in the centre of Rostock
Excellent place. They need you to show up before 2000 hrs on the day you check in. This is a hotel garni so it doesn’t have a 24 hour reception. There is some out of hours service from the attached Leon’s restaurant. The place is tiptop. You might have to wend your way up or down some steps to get to the room. It’s small but ideal for an outdoors holiday where you only come in to stay at night.

I did't like the parking place about the communication of it. You can't read the possebillity of this.
Mijn ontvangst was kort en zeker niet volledig. Deze jongen had er weinig zin in. Achteraf bleek dit ook zijn laatste dag te zijn.
Ik kan geen schrijven vinden over een parkeergelegenheid hoe dat in zijn werk ging, terwijl dit goed geregeld kon worden. Tip: geef dit aan op de website waar je jouw auto kan parkeren en hoe je dit daarna kan regelen. Er is daar weinig duidelijkheid over beschreven.
Personeel was super gastvriendelijk en erg behulpzaam.
Ik werd persoonlijk begeleid naar mijn hotelkamer omdat ik niet goed het plattegrondje had gelezen de ik meekreeg.
Ontbijt goed van alles wat je
nodig had. Kwam je een half uur voor sluitingstijd werd er gevraagd of je scrumbeld eggs wilde of een spiegel ei. Service niets mis mee.
Voor herhaling vatbaar.

No air conditioning, no bathroom exhaust fan, friendly and good only watch. The room and reception are too far apart. And it's cold, the heating goes off... at night....
