CHARMING HOTEL WITH ATMOSHERE AND HISTORY
An absolutely delightful boutique hotel overlooking the shores of Lake Muritz, and in the Old-Town area of Waren close to all amenities, restaurants, shops etc. Originally built as a young-ladies 'Finishing School' in the late 1800's, the hotel is full of period-atmosphere and history, and the decor and furniture reflects this. Our room was a really good size, and also had a period sofa, desk and coffee table, as well as a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast was a real treat of home-made and local produce, along-with cereals, muesli, breads etc. The owners speak very little English, but with my school-boy German (or Google-Translate would also work), they couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful with advice. The small additional charge for car-parking is very good value for Waren, where on-street charges can be quite expensive. If you are looking to stay in Waren and would like personal service, friendliness and a beautiful hotel with charm and history, then this is your place! (Note the opening hours of the reception desk - the hotel is unable to take late arrivals, which you should plan around.)

The hotel has a great location. From our room we saw the wonderful panorama of Lake Müritz. The breakfast is very good and lovingly prepared with many special features. The service is very good. There is no lounge. The hotel is tastefully furnished and decorated. We were extremely satisfied.

Although we were there very early (12:30 p.m.), we checked to see whether the room was ready. Since that was the case, we were able to get in. The room itself was very spacious and very clean. The bathroom has a huge shower and enough storage space for cosmetics etc.
The staff is very friendly and very attentive. The fantastic breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.
Unfortunately there was no WiFi (at least not on our floor 3). Neither the public Vodafone (which is referenced on a small display in the room) nor the in-house one (upon request) with a password worked.
With a room price of €226 p.n. WiFi should be a given throughout the entire house.
Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay and will check in here again next time.

We stayed in the hotel for three nights and were very satisfied. The rooms are large and comfortably furnished. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. We would particularly like to praise the great breakfast. There was something for everyone and everything was appetizingly prepared.
Small note: If the outside temperature is very warm, air conditioning wouldn't be a bad idea.
The fee of 10 euros per night for the hotel's own parking lot also made us a little suspicious.
Nevertheless, high praise, we'll be back.

We were guests in this beautiful, lovingly furnished hotel for one night. The central location is very nice. In the evening we enjoyed the great sauna area. It was a very nice stay for us. We'd love to come back.

Great hotel, very large rooms. Very nice and accommodating service. Even though we were super early, we spontaneously got breakfast. The rooms are very large and clean and the bathrooms were a highlight with a large shower. The only negative point: there is no air conditioning. With a fan and mosquito nets on the windows it was okay for us, but if you are very sensitive you should take this into account when booking. The building is an old school and furnished with great attention to detail. The breakfast was extremely tasty and extensive and you could take it outside on the terrace. We would definitely come back again.

This small hotel in Waren is definitely worth recommending. The breakfast is great and when you can look out over the Müritz from your room, you can relax and unwind.

A very nice and cozy hotel. It's very familiar and very friendly here.
The breakfast 🍳 is very good and sufficient. There is something for every taste. Special requests will be addressed individually.

Lovely location right on the See, near restaurants and more. Our host was very accommodating and friendly. Very nice breakfast buffet includes house-smoked fish and ham, fresh fruit, yogurt and more. WiFi signal weak in our room but better in other areas.

Large bathroom with spacious shower and plenty of hot water, comfy bed, all very clean.

A wonderful small hotel (150 years ago a girls school) with a classic and tasteful interior, a great breakfast, and with a lovely team and owners. Please be aware that check-in will close late afternoon.
