Hotel Manu in Paderborn

Wifi is rubbish, the air conditioning doesn't work, my wife had no hot water in the morning, no family rooms as advertised on booking platforms and the room was not cleaned during the day (bin was specifically put in the hallway and was not emptied by the end of the day). When my wife went to the reception to ask for a new battery in the AC remote to check if that was the issue, she was basically told that can't be the issue and to effectively deal with it. Tone of staff when a complaint was made was extremely unprofessional and rude. When they heard we had made a complaint to the booking platform that the room was not as advertised, rather than trying to find a customer focused solution or asking the booking platform to update the advertisement to rooms that actually exist, the hotel "suggested" that we check out the next day, earlier than we had paid for. They then started whining that we didn't inform that a 10-month old was staying and that we should pay extra for them to stay and to join the breakfast (what food from a breakfast buffet is a 10-month old going to eat?!)

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND THE RUDE STAFF!

I booked this hotel once and then cancelled the booking even 15 days ago. But the owner of the hotel did call to me and started abusing. So you can assume what will happen if you stay there ?????
