I was in town for a conference. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Excellent breakfast, clean room.

I didn't stay overnight, but went there for breakfast on the weekend. I saw an advertisement and visited. It wasn't great, but it was good enough for a leisurely weekend breakfast. Having breakfast at the hotel made me feel like I was on vacation, which was nice. I'll go back again next time to change my mood.

We stopped by this hotel for an hour while waiting for our car to be charged. Nice place to have a cup of coffee, tea or a refreshment.

Staff were very helpful and the multi-storey car park has paid EV chargers activated by your room card). Great crispy bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast.

For and event I was attending it was perfect location, only 5 minutes driving way. Rooms are nice and clean, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. It is quiet area and there is a free parking. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast and dinner were delicious. We highly recommend the BW Arosa.

This hotel is our preferred choice for stays in Paderborn. The city center location is important to us, and everything else is just right.

The airport is very convenient

Rooms were clean and well presented. The sauna and steam rooms were clean and open at reasonable times. Parking is multi story but a little tight. Breakfast is a little expensive but lots on offer for the guests. The restaurant doesn't have a great deal on offer in the evening but there are many restaurants nearby to satisfy all your cravings. The staff are pleasant and very approachable

Stayed at this lovely hotel in Sept 2025. Lovely room with large comfy bed and gorgeous shower 🚿. Has easy parking and great surroundings. Staff so helpful and spoke English to help us. Would highly recommend, thank you all at the hotel for our marvellous stay.

Pleasant stay and great food, as usual in Germany!

Just what we had hoped for. We chose to stay at this hotel while visiting family. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is probably the cleanest I have ever seen among similar 4 Star hotels. The food was exceptional and there was plenty of it. On-site parking was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to our next stay.

A modern hotel very near to Centre. Due to location tucked away from view as next to a church and St Vincent's hospital it was very quite. It is completely functional with out extras so no coffee machine in bedrooms etc but clean and pleasant Breakfast was fine with a nice selection available Less than 10 min walk to cathedral and local things of interest

This hotel is amazing to say the least. The staff are super nice! Rooms are clean and comfortable. My “coup de coeur” is the breakfast: a great variety of crunchy tasty bread and pastries .. everything you can find there! Location wise is perfect, 5 mins walk to the centre. I’ll be back again!

Great receptionist and breakfast served. I am disappointed to report that the cleaners on duty on the 11th of September 2023 failed to clean my room located on the first floor. They saw me in the morning going out only came back to meet the wet and used towel, no shampoo or toiletries replaced, and dressed the bed with dirty bed sheet and duvet. I suspect it is a racist thing. Shame on the cleaner...

A good hotel in Paderborn center. The service is kind and friendly. The rooms are a bit old and needs some renovation, but within the standard. A small private parking is available, but nearby you also find some public ones.

Clean, lovely cool room due to the air con. We were influenced to book this hotel because the room was a good size and it was nice not to be tripping over cases. Comfy bed, good shower and good selection of foods for breakfast. Underground parking available.

Perfectly decent hotel for a business trip, great room layout with a functional desk for conducting business. The reception desk personnel and the bar workers were very professional and provided us with a very pleasant experience.

This is my go to place in Paderborn. The staff is somewhat quiet but very nice. The ambiance of the main rooms is almost like you are staying in your family’s house. The location is perfect for dining after a long day of work. And my favorite is the breakfast (love their coffee) setting and assortment of food.

What makes it special is staff - which is really attentive, very friendly and tries to make you feel well. Needs to fix internet I had a reservation at the hotel and then they sent me to an apartment three blocks away. That was fine once I found it. The Guest wifi in my room was absolutely terrible and I couldn’t connect. I was very lucky to have had my mobile hotspot on my iPhone. This saved me. Central, Walkable, Peaceful Location was incredibly central to Paderborn's "Dom" and right on the Pader Spring/River. Very walkable to city, but also peaceful.

Good breakfast, stupidly placed 230 V power outlets in the room, lots of street noise between 6-8 o'clock in the morning.

A trip down memory lane We left Paderborn 20 years ago so this was a chance to revisit nostalgia and spend a few days at the Christmas markets. Art Hotel was a super choice because it had thatxreal individual gaste stube feel and everythingwas as you would expect. Definitely recommended.

Hotel reception was very hospitable. She was also the bartender in the evening. We enjoyed chatting and learning about Paderborn. We had so many questions after a day of touring and she was more than happy to share her thoughts! My husband loved their bar.

Stayed there for one night... the room was very clean and did the job perfectly. Downstairs is a pizzeria.... best pizza I have eaten in a very long time... You have to walk 150m to a sister hotel for breakfast (which seems odd) but is totally OK 👍 I will definitely use this hotel again

It is little far from the city center, but on the main roadside. However, the hotel would accommodate the early check in with free parking and free breakfast. The breakfast was simple but you could have eggs cooked in a way you like. The only setback was the noise at night from the bar.

I was here a few years ago and it was always a nice stay back then. Here I have to say that fortunately almost nothing has changed. Still managed by Ms. Kaup and the staff is the same as before - top top - still very friendly and helpful. The rooms are new, bright and friendly. The city center can be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes. Again and again gladly and always to be recommended.

Small private hotel with a good quality

I've stayed here a few times. clean with a friendly staff. minus one star for breakfast ending at 9 a.m. this might bi OK if you're on a business trip but as musician or vacationer this is pretty tough. plus point for the breakfast crew. I showed up shortly before 9 to a friendly waitress and was able to get everything including freshly made scrambled eggs.

There is no exhaust ventilation in the rooms. The best you can do is open a tiny window. Otherwise all was good.

Nice hotel and restaurant, great staff

Four of us went here for dinner. The inside of the restaurant was closed, but the weather was fantastic so didn't mind sitting outside. Initially, there had been a surge of orders in the kitchen so we were told it would probably be another 30 minutes before we could order with a 30 minute wait for food. 10 minutes later the waiter came back to order our food so was really efficient. Food was excellent...

Dining was incredible! The food was traditional with a professional touch to home style cooking. The staff is very welcoming and courteous. The rooms are small (as one would expect), but are clean, clean, clean. I would stay here over any hotel in Paderborn hands down for the warm, welcoming environment. Prima!

I stayed here some months ago, and it was a very cosy place, the staff impeccably friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Paderborn is also a great place to visit too.

Great if you don't have a car. Called ahead to ask about parking and was told there was plenty. Finding a legal parking space was difficult quite far from the hotel. People were nice, easy walking to food, old and quaint but clean and comfortable.

A budget hotel at walking distance of Schloss Neuhaus. It is in a relatively quiet street of the neighbourhood's centre, with a church just round the corner and some traditional houses. The single rooms are very small, but the beds are comfortable. The shower is good, the toilets however too close to the wall (taller people have to squeeze their knees in) . The rooms could certainly do with some loving...

Real value for your money. Make sure to announce if you want breakfast in yhe morning... otherwise it might not be available. Wifi was good (especially for Germany).

The management is too polite and cooperative. I was late for check in so I called to the hotel and they kept the key in a secret place and when I reached there around 11 pm I called them. They were too polite and told me the exact location of the key. Cheap and best in Paderborn.👍🏽

I really liked everything – it's a cozy, clean, quiet hotel with wonderful, friendly hosts! I was there unplanned (my car broke down), so I got a discounted room extension, and breakfast is included! The room was very clean, spacious, with crisp bedding, warm, and cozy. It also had a large balcony. No one bothered me for four days, and the towels and bedding were changed while I was gone. I loved everything...

It is 5-6 km away from Paderborn. There is no often public transportation to the hotel or from the hotel. Prices are as high as the prices in Paderborn. Except these two issues, it is clean, comfortable, spacious, modern, pratic but the sink is in the room instead of being in the toilet in the room.

Occasionally I go on a bike tour around the Lippesee with my brother-in-law on Sundays. Here we descend regularly to have a cold drink or two. There are three main reasons for this. 1. Not the best experience at B&B. Mainly caused by poor sleeping conditions: location - close to the train station so it gets noisy several times during nighttime. Bed, mattress, pillows outdated, low quality. Air conditioning settings couldn't be customized: it was too warm to get a good sleep. It was a quick and easy place to stay. Was very quiet and comfortable and it was a good night's sleep. The only thing that would be a drawback I would say would be the 8 euros per day parking which seems kind of odd. Just put that into the price of the room or just don't charge. Otherwise it was good. The room was very large and very clean. Breakfast was everything you could need, served as a buffet downstairs in the bakery. We felt comfortable. We'd be happy to stay again.

The room is modern and cosy, furnished and the bed is really comfortable to sleep in. There was nothing wrong with the cleanliness. The furnishings are simple, but everything you need is there (including a hairdryer). The hotel is a bit outside the city centre, but there is a free car park and a bus stop to the city right outside the door. The only problem is that the reception is not regularly manned...

Unfortunately, check-in was very difficult. There was a lot of confusion about who was responsible for us. Otherwise, a clean and simple hotel with free parking. Good for short visits.

Hotel with good price-performance ratio.

The accommodation is okay and appropriate for the price...However, there's no one there you can ask anything. I couldn't get gluten-free bread because they didn't understand me at all, so I couldn't have breakfast there...I wouldn't come back...

No frills motel. Good clean rooms. Bed was good, but probably best to bring your own pillow though. No air conditioning but the windows can fully open. Reasonable serve yourself breakfast. Electric Vehicle charging seams good if you need it (I didn't use it).
