Very good hotel
Good hotel, friendly staff. Particularly breakfast. My only complaint would be that they closed the restaurant early when I stayed on a Tuesday night.

Loves this hotel. Backyard is very beautiful. Room's OK. Breakfast AYCE, Excellent 🫡 (18£/person). Location OK. Staff & Reception are very nice & welcome. Thanks Am Wall Soest. Will come back again for sure!

The room was not clean. The shower head was disgusting. The mattress and the duvet were uncomfortable. The manager was so rude when I was checking out. I left a day early. I told her the room was dirty and she started an argument about it. She tried to blame it on me and her work colleague was laughing in the background. I was embarrassed for them both. I visit Soest regularly and I'll never be back to the Hotel Am Wall. unprofessional and run down hotel. I wouldn't recommend it. couldn't wait to leave that dirty hole of a place

Looks good from the outside, not bad from the inside. It's pretty inexpensive, no frills. The location is also good. The beds are alright, and the TV is quite large.
The room is clean, tidy and decent, albeit it a bit sober with a tiny picture on the wall. Good price/quality ratio.

Perfect location, great price and even better breakfast. Stone throw from the highway, plenty of car park space and walking distance to the Soest center.

Great hotel , super clean and friendly. Location is near Soest center .
Breakfast included and was very good . Dinner is extra but food is very good as well .
Rooms are ventilated and lighted, were missing a refrigerator but otherwise good for the price.

Brilliant overnight stop at Hotel Susato. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay at a great price. Good parking, friendly service, a clean comfortable room and a good breakfast buffet.
We also ate an evening meal in the restaurant, very good unpretentious cooking, attentive service and good value for money. Recommended.

Hotel Susato is just south of the nice old centre of Soest where once every couple of years the spectacular Soester Fehde (Feud) medieval festival takes place.
Next to the hotel is a large parking place (P2) and on the other side of the ring road there is a nice park where part of the festival takes place when that’s on.
Staff was friendly and helpful on all levels
My room in the hotel was nice and clean with a small desk and a large TV on the wall. The hotel has a bar, a relax area with a sauna and a number of function rooms.
They serve nice food in the restaurant where you can sit outside weather permitting
The breakfast buffet is good with a good selection of tasty food
From the hotel you can easily walk in about 15 minutes to the old centre via the park on the other side.
Next to the hotel is a large parking place (P2) and on the other side of the ring road there is a nice park where part of the festival takes place when that’s on.

Very nice location, with great bar and restaurant, also the emplyees are very nice and helpful . Got a very good sleep , and the bathroom is very clean and neat. I highly recommend the place.
