Great hotel for stay in Andernach
Great spot for my stay in Andernach. the staff were very helpful and pleasant, check in was quick. There was a good selection of items for breakfast. The room was perfect for my few days in the city. I had a problem with my room card which was sorted quickly by the staff.
There were some restaurants nearby and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from plenty of other options.
There was a small public car park across the road (filled up very quickly) or a larger one 5 minutes walk away.
There is a small park across the road where you can sit and watch all the boats up and down the Rhine.

It was a perfect space for a relaxing getaway, though the heat wave hit I was provided a fan to help ease the heat. Everyone was so kind and helpful

Excellent hotel near the Riverside and short walk to town, service from staff second to none will help with any issue. Rooms are good and breakfast good, well worth a stay

Great hotel in a lovely area. Good value for money, very friendly staff who helped us take a taxi every day to the festival we were attending. Overall we loved our stay! There is no fridge or mini bar in the room but you are able to take ice from a machine behind reception and there is a fridge on the 2nd floor beside the outdoor balcony, which was awesome! They also let us into the hotel a little early when we had been travelling all day which was very much appreciated.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The location is fine and the employees are kind. You can easily walk to the river and the old town. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was tastefull. We hope to come back here.

Staff was amazing at checkin and restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Perfect location on the waterfront and really close to the entrance to the town. Parking was good too, allowed to park overnight in front of the hotel.

Value for money! Great location and service. The room is big and clean. Hotel has a lift. Highly recommended!

I chose the place at random as I had a customer to visit the next day. The reception, breakfast area and rooms were all clean and tidy. The staff accepted my late arrival with good cheer. Compared to similar hotels I stayed at the breakfast spread was generous and well above average in quality. I will certainly use them next time I visit that customer.

Tidy Rooms , friendly English speaking Staff and Very Nice view to the river , every afternoon You can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view While having your favorite Beer..!
