The design of the room is absolutely fantastic. To stay in this beautiful Ambiente is real fun! The hotel is nicely located in the center of the city a d the rooms are still really quite besides the required sounds of church bells. The breakfast is of wood quality and provide a reasonable variation. The staff are professional and very friendly. Overall I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel!

Kevin at reception was exceptional at helping us with all requests and recommendations! All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The Italian restaurant was a special experience. Would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler looking for a boutique hotel.

Good hotel, friendly staff very good restaurant. For some reason the toilet always needs flushing 4 or 5 times after a number 2 and having stayed in practically all the rooms over the years its the same in almost all rooms. If you're not OCD about it like me then you will be fine.

Rooms are out dated. Wi-Fi was flakey. I did have a nice view on a balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was limited also. Staff were friendly. Room was cold and there was no heating, thin duvets too.

I've stayed in hotels all over the world. This was one of the nicest. World class spa and exercise area and the restaurant had a simple menu, but well prepared meals.

The staff greet the guests in a friendly manner, check the vaccination status and also carry out tests. You don't have to say anything more about the sauna itself, as everyone knows what a great sauna landscape awaits guests there. The steam rooms are also great. And then the restaurant ... great to look at dishes at affordable prices, which are served quickly and in a friendly manner and taste great...

We weren't guests in the hotel, but in the sauna. The infusions are great. Very friendly staff. The relaxation rooms are comfortably furnished.

Wonderful, large SPA area, relaxed, friendly atmosphere, good food and beautiful, large rooms. We had the water suite, which left nothing to be desired. With great pleasure again and absolutely to be recommended :)

Lol. I was camping, forgot to check the weather forecast, left my tent door open, and went for a walk. Then we had two hours of torrential rain. All my clothes, my sleeping bag, and the interior of my tent, were soaked. All the local hotels in Bad Höningen were full. I got the train 30 km south to the Food Hotel. It was great. Especially the heating, which I needed, to get dry.

We (4 people of one family) really enjoyed our stay at the Foodhotel. We arrived after 8 and than you had to check in at the automated desk. But a friendly employee wich was still working helped us checking in and opened the desk for us. Greatly appreciated, because we where rather tired of our trip. The rooms had dedicated Airco's and where suprisingly decorated in the style of supermarkt product...

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was extremely friendly. The coffee-themed room was spacious, and while parking cost extra, it was very convenient; overall, a bit pricey, but well worth it for the incredibly comfortable beds and tranquility.

Location is known and acceptable for me. Breakfast is good. Room 439 is big but unfortunately without blackout curtains. Therefore, it is very bright at early mornings. I do not recall that the smaller rooms have such issue. I also found a used underpants in the washroom bin. Guess it was overlooked. It was removed quickly. If with proper window shades, I would have given 4 out of 5. I will surely...

A positive experience. Well organized, affordable and available parking. Helpful and informative staff. Clean and quite modern looking rooms. Nice breakfast. Everything was totally fine. I just missed something really spectacular to give the highest mark.

Good value hotel The Hotel is conveniently close to the station but only a short walk to the centre. Whilst near a road and the train tracks the room was reasonably well sound proofed when the windows were closed and they didn't disturb me. That might be an issue in hot weather as it doesn't have air conditioning. The breakfast was fine with a reasonable selection. Overall the hotel was good value...

Reasonable hotel for quick travel

Nie place to stop I really like this stop just as I am not interested in staying in Koblenz it is a good distance outside of town. It has a very nice Irish pub.

We were for the umpteenth time in the Hotel zur Mühle. The room was very nice and with a balcony. The food, Service and friendliness is just great. The Massage fact, our body very well. The location is right on the Rhine in a very desirable area of Bad Breisig. The hotel has a cozy restaurant with outdoor seating, and the room was spacious.

Wonderful stay. Out second time here. Proprietors are simply wonderful and accommodating. We had some extra needs and they were simply great. It's alright; there's a jogging area nearby. The room I was given was close to the kitchen and the tour bus drop-off point. It was still a bit messy.

The hotel is part of a budget chain of hotels. The room smelled like there had not been deep cleaned for a while and the shower head was dirty. We booked at short notice so we were just grateful to find a room for the night.

Excellent for the price. There are a few parking spaces in the hotel courtyard, but more along the street. The room was adequately furnished, although there was no coat rack by the entrance. Lovely Hotel in the wine gardens of Koblenz - calm & clean

The staff were very kind and friendly, and the room was relatively clean. However, the Wi-Fi was extremely disappointing — it kept disconnecting every few minutes, and I had to leave the room each time just to reconnect. The signal was very weak. Also, the floor made a very loud noise every time we walked, almost like something out of a horror movie.

The hotel was better than expected although the price/quality ratio is not exceptional.. The rooms are very old and it's not possible to attain complete darkness. The sound insulation is not the best considering it is located near a trafficked road.. The breakfast is average but it was satisfactory and the WiFi is really good.

It is less than 3 kilometers away from the train station, so it is very convenient. The breakfast is very simple and needs to be paid separately. There is no elevator on the fifth floor, so the cost performance is slightly poor

Excellent hotel chain we had never used before, but would certainly do so in the future. We had a family room that was very spacious and fitted our needs perfectly. The hotel is actually very close to the old town for walking. The online check in is a bit cumbersome with all the details needed to be entered. The hotel has no personnel on site, but the communication via email was adequate enough. The room was "funky" (in a good way) and the property is close to everything one needs (restaurants, shopping, etc.). There is no parking on-site and the public parking garages are not super close, so when one has a lot of luggage, it's less convenient.

My husband and I visited this place while on a cycle trip across Europe. It was in a great location for the shops, restaurants, and cafe bars. I liked how they gave the hotel room names, not just room numbers. I wish my room looked the same as the room pictured in the ads. mine looked "older". my room was very clean and I liked having the kitchenette. I think the instructions to enter the building could be a little clearer. I was quite jetlagged, and it took me a while to figure out which of the three keypads to use to enter the building...

Good location but some weaknesses Zanzibar room is very noisy even with windows closed. Although the kitchen is reasonably well equipped it was not workable. There were only 2 PowerPoints over the sink and no bench space so you had to move each appliance to be able to use the other. If we wanted to use the microwave we had to sit it on top of the stage so we couldn’t use the cooktop. Suggest that either...

Only worry is the cleaners aren’t working for the hotel. They are a separate entity. Any issues and from desk tells you to Email them about it. My lap top was damaged. Was covered by my apple care….but what a night mare if not.

It's close to the Hauptbahnhof. Stayed here for 2 nights. Room smelled funky. But apart from that , yeah everything you would expect of a hotel with these many stars.

Room was ok, hotel’s location was good (near the station). The air conditioning was a bit on the weak side, one of the pillows was too soft, there were no hand towels. The room's lock stopped working (allegedly ran out of battery), and the reception guy had to let us in manually twice (he was also the only staff member on the premises, but very helpful).

The room is suitable, clean, and not too noisy. I asked the front desk to move from the first floor to the third floor. The facilities are simple, there is no drawer paper, especially the lack of a kettle, which is very inconvenient. The price is a bit expensive

It was a decent hotel, everything worked. The linens were clean, and the windows overlooked the train station, so you could hear the announcements.

Great hotel with affordable price. Nice room and clean. Located near to the Koblenz station. One thing that we are dissatisfied is that we can’t entrusted the luggage while strolling around the city after check out. But there are lockers rented in the station so it’s ok.

My wife and I enjoyed two very comfortable nights and excellent service, as we visted the beautiful and historic town of Koblenz for a weekend break, along with the members of four Rotary Clubs. We couldn't have wished for a better hotel.

It was definitely a room. Very basic. Parking is very limited, and it is hard to drive to. I had to park a ways away and pay for it. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about.

Stay was pleasant with convenience as its prime value since it is so close to the train station. The AC/Inverter was not working too well throughout our stay but could still make do by opening the windows for some ventilation/cool air.

Incredible hotel. May not look like much from outside. The dining area is beautifully done. The service is attentive. Our room (44) was large with air conditioning and very very quiet. Room darkening shades. It was like sleeping in a comfortable cave. :). the bed provided comfortable sleep. Highly recommend

Our room was very clean, large and modern. There is a garage for bicycles to safely store your bike overnight. The hotel is close to the train station. The breakfast was decent, but you cannot use the coffee machine yourself and the coffee was watered down.

Great hotel with friendly, helpful, efficient and flexible staff. We stayed over night here with our two cats on our way from France to Denmark and the staff went out of their way to make it easy for us. Comfortable beds too.

The hotel is very clean and the staff nice and always willing to help you. Their parking spot was very crowded but they took your car to the parking place a couple of streets away and they bring it back when you requested. The only minus is that they don't have a mini fridge in the room.

We had an amazing stay at the Brenner. Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating and made you feel like a valued guest. The room itself was far beyond what I could have imagined. Spacious, modern, well-maintained with a huge bathroom and a balcony looking out to Rizzastraße. The staff at this property was amazing. I have never had such a wonderful experience with customer service- specifically the front desk woman made our entire trip better!

Upon arrival, the receptionist offered us a free upgrade and directed us to nearby parking; really appreciated.

Overall nice hotel with good breakfast and well located, however, bathroom was quite tight

The front desk did a good job in getting us checked in and issuing a card to use when leaving the parking garage. It was two blocks away. The place to drop the card when leaving was at the top of the ramp when leaving the parking garage. There was construction going on near the Hotel. Breakfast was included and very good. Wacht am Rhein was a nice restaurant along the river with nice detailing...

Overall, it's a decent hotel. The room is spacious, but there's a slight odor in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It was ok for 1 night. I wouldn’t stay there for longer. The room was spacious but old. You get a carpet floor, old school furniture and overall tired room. Parking isn’t free. We parked outside on the street eventually.

Very good for the price, exactly what we wanted. A bit far away from the centre but it is fine if you dont mind walking.

Smallest room i have ever seen. Room shared wall with elevator. It was noisy.

Overall good value for money and great location, we were able to walk to most places and easily take any transportation when needed. Place is clean and staff is helpful. My only issue was the very slow internet.
