Romantik Hotel Villa Sayn in Bendorf

Everything was great. A successful weekend stay with perfect hosts. The hotel with its beautiful rooms surprised us in a very positive way. The evening visit to the restaurant was simply great...food at a Michelin star level and a wine list with around 500 items that is second to none. We will be back very soon!

We had booked a night at Villa Sayn for a stopover on the way to Switzerland. The house was certainly quite good at one point, but it is now showing its age. The location on the street is not so great either, we didn't sleep well. But what made up for everything was the restaurant. Great atmosphere, a great team (especially the "Maitre & Sommelier") and great food as well as great local wines. Last but not least, you can tell how good a team really is by the way guests with fur are treated. A lovely evening!

Fruit salad is available daily, but loose fruit, for example, would be great, more choice of sausage, seeds for muesli, etc. Great TV, but only 20 of the 40 channels worked Shower heads urgently need replacing/descaled It would be great to have labels on the switches in the room so that you don't constantly turn off the power instead of the light The double bed is comfortable, but the wheels mean that it tends to move on its own. All of the staff were particularly excellent! Not far from the hotel is Sayn Castle Butterfly Garden and the Sayner Hut, an interactive museum in an old iron factory!!!! You definitely shouldn't miss them!!!!

Excellent hotel: we stayed in the Junior Suite room (with Sauna). Good breakfast and parking. High quality restaurant, a little expensive. Down jackets a little too heavy for the season. The independent air conditioning and the portable air sanitizer are excellent. Bathroom with floor level shower and bathtub / double sinks. The only flaw is the carpet. Logistically very good for visiting nearby Koblenz.

My wife and I spent a night in the romantic hotel and also visited the restaurant. We both ordered the 7-course menu, along with a red wine on the recommendation of the very friendly and courteous staff. In summary: the food was a delight, not mainstream, but very special creations of our own that were all simply great in terms of taste. The wine, a Chilean one, was perfectly chosen to go with the meal. The service couldn't have been better. We would be happy to come back.

Nice hotel, comfortable room, clean, good wifi, free parking just outside. Nice restaurant with good food (we had booked an evening meal) and very friendly staff. There is nothing much to do in Bendorf, we took a walk through a park and looked at the castle, but that was quickly done. Good for an overnight stay. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choices.

I note here the entire offer, that is to say restaurant and hotel. First of all the hotel: easy to find, bright, and pretty room. The room has everything you need. However, it was a bit hot, and we couldn't get the air conditioning to work. The room was spacious and pleasant. We slept well. Very good breakfast, with a lot of choice. The pastries were quality. Free parking on site. The restaurant: great! We really liked it. The beef tartare was delicious. Beautiful plates, and good service. Nice atmosphere. It was a stopover hotel and we are happy with it :)
