Very luxury rooms an very cosy.

Everything was great. A successful weekend stay with perfect hosts. The hotel with its beautiful rooms surprised us in a very positive way. The evening visit to the restaurant was simply great...food at a Michelin star level and a wine list with around 500 items that is second to none. We will be back very soon!

We cannot recommend either the hotel or the restaurant, as there are much more exciting alternatives for this price. We had booked a night at Villa Sayn for a stopover on the way to Switzerland. The house was certainly quite good at one point, but it is now showing its age. Excellent hotel: we stayed in the Junior Suite room (with Sauna). Good breakfast and parking. High quality restaurant, a little expensive. Down jackets a little too heavy for the season. The independent air conditioning and the portable air sanitizer are excellent. Bathroom with floor level shower and bathtub / double sinks. The only flaw is the carpet. Logistically very good for visiting nearby Koblenz

Good but need some more work Friendly guy at reception, but i was shocked to see that he left the pc open when he was out for longer time and you could read hotel guest names, info, ... Also the hotel has no working wifi/4g during the whole stay, see added photo. Whirlpool not really made for 2 people, very small. My boyfriend needed to fix the whirlpool too while the receptionist was there.

Excellent for the price. There are a few parking spaces in the hotel courtyard, but more along the street. The room was adequately furnished, although there was no coat rack by the entrance. The building is quite old, but really in good condition for the price. The tall young man at reception was incredibly friendly; much praise for that!

Nice property a little noisy when people are walking in the hallway but it was quiet after 11pm. Great for those with a car.

Its a small hotel - two storey. Hotel management was prompt in changing our rooms from small size to bigger double bed rooms. The staff was co-operative n helpful. However, housekeeping in Lobby area on both floors needs improvement as stained carpet n some stuff lying outside mars the getup of the place.

Basic German style business hotel. Rooms are very clean, but small and basic. Breakfast was good, although limited options. Typical cold cuts, fruit, and some eggs. No croissants or other pastry items. Price was ok for what you get. Location requires a car. If arriving by train, Koblenz is easier to get a taxi from than Montabaur, especially in the evening or odd hours.

Very clean, good sanitary conditions, good service attitude and patience. It is about 2 kilometers away from the Deutsches Eck, and you can see the castle from the corridor. It is less than 3 kilometers away from the train station, so it is very convenient. The breakfast is very simple and needs to be paid separately. There is no elevator on the fifth floor, so the cost performance is slightly poor

The loviest, coziest, and the most charming hotel I ever stayed at. In this age of corporate hospitality, CONTEL stands out as a home away from home. With a beer garden, cute underground parking, and lots of beautiful art, it makes you feel like you are at your own home. Rooms are so beautifully decorated. It also have a lovely restaurant offering yummy food.

An amazing place close to city and near Mozel river! It have a nice facilities around - hair dresser, restaurant. Huge likes - free hotel parking (very nice one with wide parking places). A good hotel, quiet, the Mosel River is nearby, you can walk along the path along the bank in the evening. A good restaurant, excellent German beer. The rooms are modest but cozy. The service is not intrusive. Everything is strictly German.

We came here for a table tennis training weekend before we watched the wtt in Frankfurt. The hotel was very comfortable and in a lovely setting, ideal for walking if you don't play rable tennis. I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was perfect and the proximity to the bbtl table tennis match was perfect. Being a table tennis fan I also enjoyed playing in the hall.

Stayed on two separate occasions now in two different themed rooms, for work visits. Absolutely love the place, the service is too notch, the food is great, and the local village and walks are fab. Look forward to staying here again!

What a fabulous visit to Grenzau! Thanks to the entire team at Hotel Zugbrucke for facilitating an amazing trip!! Reasonable hotel for quick travel

Nie place to stop I really like this stop just as I am not interested in staying in Koblenz it is a good distance outside of town. It has a very nice Irish pub.

Everything was good quality standards. I think if the hotel would add tea or coffee facilities either in each room or common area where guests could enjoy a cuppa during the day it would make this hotel an even more perfect place to stay. Lovely staff, spotless clean and great breakfast.

Because of the corona it was like a ghost hotel. No staff, no guests, but the key handover was well organized. The breakfast was very rich, fresh and delicious. The park around the hotel invites you to linger and escape from everyday life.

This place seems to be a bit overpriced. In the room we stayed at (and in other rooms I've seen) there were only single beds, it was impossible to move them next to each other (so that we could sleep with a kid).

The hotel has no personnel on site, but the communication via email was adequate enough. The room was "funky" (in a good way) and the property is close to everything one needs (restaurants, shopping, etc.). There is no parking on-site and the public parking garages are not super close, so when one has a lot of luggage, it's less convenient.

My husband and I visited this place while on a cycle trip across Europe. It was in a great location for the shops, restaurants, and cafe bars. I liked how they gave the hotel room names, not just room numbers. I wish my room looked the same as the room pictured in the ads. mine looked "older". my room was very clean and I liked having the kitchenette. Good location but some weaknesses Zanzibar room is very noisy even with windows closed. Although the kitchen is reasonably well equipped it was not workable. There were only 2 PowerPoints over the sink and no bench space so you had to move each appliance to be able to use the other. I had a simple, single person room, with toilet and shower. It was clean and well ventilated. Service was uncomplicated and very friendly, breakfast was excellent. I somehow imagined that the location would be closer to the city centre than it actually was, but it was still easy to get to the city centre and the Trainstation. All in all, definitely worth it!

I booked the hotel for 2 nights. I would like to share that the Rauental Marienhof bus station is just outside the hotel entrance. The hotel was better than expected although the price/quality ratio is not exceptional.. The rooms are very old and it's not possible to attain complete darkness. The sound insulation is not the best considering it is located near a trafficked road.. The breakfast is average but it was satisfactory and the WiFi is really good.

My wife and I enjoyed two very comfortable nights and excellent service, as we visted the beautiful and historic town of Koblenz for a weekend break, along with the members of four Rotary Clubs. We couldn't have wished for a better hotel.

It was definitely a room. Very basic. Parking is very limited, and it is hard to drive to. I had to park a ways away and pay for it. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about.

The front desk did a good job in getting us checked in and issuing a card to use when leaving the parking garage. It was two blocks away. This property is excellent overall both location and service wise. Only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because the heater was not working. It was a chilly and rainy night but heat was not available. It's the property's responsibility to test if heaters are functional when cooler weather is approaching. They provided extra blankets which was sufficient to keeps us warm.

Great property close to the train station. About a block away from restaurants, etc. the hotel Help is very friendly. The woman doing the servicing for breakfast is very personable. The only thing with the breakfast is that I wish there was a fish option such as smoked salmon, etc. otherwise excellent day

Only worry is the cleaners aren’t working for the hotel. They are a separate entity. Any issues and from desk tells you to Email them about it. My lap top was damaged. Was covered by my apple care….but what a night mare if not.

It's close to the Hauptbahnhof. Stayed here for 2 nights. Room smelled funky. But apart from that , yeah everything you would expect of a hotel with these many stars.

Room was ok, hotel’s location was good (near the station). The air conditioning was a bit on the weak side, one of the pillows was too soft, there were no hand towels. The room's lock stopped working (allegedly ran out of battery), and the reception guy had to let us in manually twice (he was also the only staff member on the premises, but very helpful).

The room is suitable, clean, and not too noisy. I asked the front desk to move from the first floor to the third floor. The facilities are simple, there is no drawer paper, especially the lack of a kettle, which is very inconvenient. The price is a bit expensive

The reception is only staffed during office hours and e left at 7pm to get dinner nearby (thai restaurant was great!), the reception area was closed off with a barrier around it. I did think however that for the price the suite, although spacious, was somewhat basic. No coffee maker, no slippers in the bedroom (although these were provided at reception on request).
