In this Hotel one feels very good. The staff are very friendly, even if you, as a customer, having a bad day. You will be treated very respectful. Also in the Restaurant the staff are always present and show that you understand your craft in the culinary arts as well as in their dealings with customers.

A very nice hotel nestled up a hill with beautiful views of the River Rhine.
The room were very clean with a very comfortable bed. The room also had a mini bar, flat screen TV and access to free Wi-Fi Internet.
The room also has a private balcony with stunning views of the River Rhine below.
The restaurant food was very nice with a good selection of dishes, topped off with very attentive staff.
My recent stay here was for work and I highly recommend a stay at this lovely hotel.
I would definitely stay here again!

Today I was at a Meeting there, so I can only say what to the localities and the meeting room.
The staff was very nice and the catering of drinks it has not been a shortage. The view is very beautiful from the hotel terrace, unfortunately you can hear the nearby motorway. If this is the case of the Night are audible, I think.
The toilets were cleaned several times while we were there. I think I would stay in this Hotel. The whole area invites you for a visit.

Excellent location, service and hosts. The restraunt staff are especially wonderful and lovely to interact with after a long day of work when you just want to chill with a beer or two. I hope to stay here again the next time I work in the area

It seems it depends a lot on luck what room you get. I stayed here one week during a business trip and for the price I would definitely expect better. The 2 rooms I stayed in were both like from 50 years old hotel booklet. I don't really care about old furniture, but who wants to stay in a room that smells like grandma's place?
My first room had also shower walls all the way up to ceiling which made it impossible to breathe after 2 min of showering. The only solid thing the toilet was able to flush was probably toilet paper...
On the contrary, most staff was friendly and I found the breakfast really nice.
Overall though, I cannot recommend (maybe if you are prepared to pay the highest price...?), I will tell my company not to book this hotel for me again.
