Enttäuschend/Dissapointing
Hello Friend hotel. I would like to tell you that you have a poor management policy. After receiving a room that was stinking from the smell of cigarettes, as someone had a smoking party inside, you did not manage to change the room, did not improved the smell in the room (opening the window was certanly not enough to solve this) and did not accept the proposition to cancel the reservation. And as the room was stated non smoking and we are convinced non smokers we really felt very unconfortable with this "bonus".
When we wanted to speak to the manager, it seemd like you, dear hotel, have no manager, because if the manager is not on duty on a reasonable time (17:00 or 8:00) when the hotel has 100% occupancy, then...what is the manager good for?
Fortunately our stay was short, however we advise you strongly to review your customer satisfaction rate, because nowadays this is what makes the difference and matters! At least you could try...

Staff very friendly, Breakfast was very good. The single room in the budget design hotel ZWO unfortunately, the Design of a single room in a hostel with a small plastic cell as a bathroom. Because I expected more.

Had a corporate event at the hotel. Very attentive, helpful staff, themed rooms, kept very tidy. Premises and surroundings are very beautiful.

My partner Lieselotte need to change and I now had the theme, within few days many times, our year-to - date planning and thus the planned stays in the hotel friends mittelrhein. This led to the fact that we have moved up to a total of three consecutive days, requests for changes to the prompt from the Team sent reservation confirmations "".
Experience and result: signature of wife, Johanna Schmitt was each time confirmed by a friendly and endearing way, that this Change was free of charge and in accordance with our Wishes carried out!
This type of courteous and even warm and friendly customer support, completely match all the other beautiful experiences that we had with this Hotel so far.

unfortunately, no Bathrobe in the room even though it was in the description.may not happen in a 4* hotel!!!

We were two for an Overnight stay there, and were, by and large, very satisfied!
The reception staff was very friendly and helpful!
Our room was ok. It was a chilled mini-bar. In the shower you put the half bathroom under water. A shower curtain or similar would have been desirable.
Breakfast buffet was great!

Very nice Hotel, in the middle of the forest in a sweet little town.
The rooms are really tastefully designed and it should lack any of the comfort. Also, the Breakfast is very lovingly and very lush.
The only possible minus point: The W-Lan and the cellular network was sometimes, but in an area that is to be expected also.

Decent hotel, in a quiet location, extra charge for breakfast, the breakfast as lots of choices and is good. Decor in most rooms dark, our friends room was wood panelled, odd! Overall good standard.

everything was lovely and the staff very kind and friendly. the place was very quiet on the edge of the village and the hotel very clean and nicely decorated. Thank you.
