The room was clean and well-maintained, with relatively new furniture and very good mattresses. If you choose a basic room, the view is quite limited. However, since we were out and about during the day, this was fine for us, as was the size of the room. It was perfectly adequate. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The staff is friendly and very attentive.

The hotel is in a good location; we had a large room on the first floor with a balcony. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and tasty pastries. The staff was friendly. The room faced a busy road, which was a bit noisy early in the morning. The decor is somewhat chic but not entirely up-to-date.

Upon arrival in Bernkastel, we had lunch at the Römische Kaiser Bistro. The flammkuchen were delicious! Nice and crispy, not burnt on the edges, as is often the case. Very friendly service. Restrooms are in the basement, but immaculately kept. A great way to start a visit to the town of Bernkastel.

A very nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms and a very good breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly. The hotel is ideally located near the historic center. Parking is available practically in front of the hotel for a small fee.

Absolutely great service at the hotel, great location for walking, boat trip etc. If your by car ask about parking ticket in the reception, 3 days costs 12€.

This property was a little further out but it was very easy to navigate your way into the center of town-we walked to everything from this hotel! The staff were excellent and the hotel breakfast was the best we had in our travels. We traveled by bike and they had hotel storage and early check in. Would definitely stay again!

We found the accommodations AOK. The rooms are modern and complete but nothing to write home about. We had a view of the parking lot and our bikes were in safe storage. it was very quiet hotel, We walked to and from town no problem. The breakfast was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

It's a pretty good hotel. Small, but clean and well maintained. Wifi is speed is good. It has free breakfast and free parking.

Gem in Bernkastel Host communicated well and was very helpful. Location was ideal— walking distance from heart of BernKastel and along the Mosel. Breakfast was delicious. Only complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby and hallways.

Love this place and the owners go out their way to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, the place is very clean, and the location is less than five minutes walk from the centre. They are great with dogs also!

We were told there would be a lift. No lift in our building (of 2). Smaller but OK rooms. No refrigerator. Wintertime so we used the window sill outside.

The rooms are so quaint, the staff are so friendly and attentive, location is central. Restaurant across has some of the best food I've ever had. I ordered the grilles salmon, with potatoes and cooked spinach.

A beautiful town with a charming centre in the traditional German style. If your staying at a local hotel a voucher is available to allow parking in public car parks. (5euros 2019).
