Our room faced away from the river (toward the castle hill) and was a reasonably good size, the bathroom with multi jet shower was just what we needed after 370 miles of motorcycling that day. Only downside was squeaky floorboards, minor problem.
Brilliantly situated for the town and the river, secure parking for the motorcycles, English speaking host, excellent. Okay its a little more expensive than I usually look for but you get what you pay for, would I go there again, yes without a doubt. Enjoyable and I do recommend.
1. Booked for 8 nights for work. Work ended early and gave notice was checking out early but still charged me for three rooms for remaining three nights for an additional $1,500.00! Told me booking charged them so must charge me. Called booking and they were willing to refund but hotel was not. 2. Room was not what was advertised because was shown room with balcony and paid for upgraded room. Would not have complained but for the first complaint. No shame.
