Clean and affordable with basic amenities. Conveniently near the Hauptbahnhof and surprisingly can’t exactly hear any noises from the trains

This was my first time staying at a hotel like this, and I was pleasantly surprised. Great value for money.

Surprisingly good overall! They offer free luggage storage, and the room, though small, had everything we needed. The keyless entry with a passcode was a nice touch, so we didn't have to worry about losing a key. A really pleasant experience all around.

The location is perfect and I loved it.its just behind the train station and self check in is available the front desk closes at 10pm. I will definitely be staying here oft

If you're planning for a solo travel, B&B hotels are you best option, honestly I liked how clean the room are, and the self service tools make the experience much easier.

Small room. No kettle just coffee pod machine. Only 1 pillow each. Small bathroom. Good location by train station and shops both 5 mins away

The hotel is quiet, clean, in a beautiful location, and you can find everything you need.

The room was fairly clean, the breakfast was decent, and the location was excellent—walking distance to the train station and the sports stadium.

The reception was adequate. The room was fairly clean with a large TV, kettle, and armchair. There was no safe or mini-fridge. The bathroom had a shower and hairdryer. The air conditioning was quiet. There was no gym or swimming pool. Parking was extra! The surroundings were noisy (tram passing by and roadworks). The breakfast (standard) was quite decent. Daily housekeeping is not provided unless requested...

The location was good. Hotel was just 10 minutes away from the main square train station was also 11 minutes staff were good. They allow the checkout upon request. It’s a good location And good hotel.

Good parking facilities at the hotel. Friendly reception and a large, spacious room with good amenities. The only downside is the terrible bathroom lighting; there's definitely room for improvement there. The breakfast selection is excellent, so there's no reason not to come back – the price and quality are right!

Second time staying here and I really like this hotel. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and friendly polite staff. Location is also great, within 5 mins from the main station and 1 minute to the Main Street. Starbucks, REWE, Europa Gallerie mall with many food options within 1 minute. The next time I am back in Saarbrücken to watch FZD match I will stay again.

We spent one night at this hotel. It's ideally located for exploring the city center on foot. The hotel has covered parking for €18 per day. Spaces are limited, but there's no need to reserve. The room was comfortable and clean. The continental buffet breakfast was perfectly adequate.

First of all, the hotel is very centrally located. You can reach many places on foot. The staff is friendly. The hallways are a bit too dimly lit for our taste. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Kettle, air conditioning, etc., everything worked. The only drawback to our room was that it constantly heated up. It wouldn't have been possible without air conditioning, even though the outside...

Very nice hotel for a few days.had a handicap-room which was probably more spacious than regular rooms. Was on the courtyard side and very dark and loud When and if they doing work. Did not use housekeeping. Personnel was helpful,some very nice.

Great location, comfortable bed, adequate breakfast, but small bathroom and I miss facial tissues. I would also like softer toilet paper. But I will stay here again because the essential things are good.

For the price we paid, we received excellent quality – comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was varied and freshly prepared. The staff's friendliness and the hotel's cleanliness made the stay even more enjoyable.

So clean. Suoer clean hotel and room , great value, large room, friendly staff. Located on the edge of Saarbrucken but close to city centre. Easy to find, parking across the road. Not much amenities close to the hotel but great for a one night stay whike travelling.

I was passing from Belgium to Switzerland and Needed an overnight stay to break my Travel. As Saarbrücken was in the middle of the road I booked the Crystal hotel. I was pleasantly surprised !!!! The reception specially stayed open longer for my late check in and the receptionist was super friendly and offered free parking as she saw a spot on the street that was free. I opted for an additional breakfast...

You wouldn't expect such a beautiful hotel in this location. Everything about it was wonderful. Very clean, Big room, modern bathroom. Service was fantastic, the breakfast buffet was very nice.

No face tissues no microwave or water kettle, for 3wks stay no Towel change.

I enjoyed my stay here. The property is safe and clean which are important to me. My German is not very good and the staff were patient and friendly with me. The location is great. Easy walking to the train station, shopping, restaurants, and The Garage! The room was smaller than expected, but that wasn’t an issue. The only minor thing that bothered me was I could hear the neighbor talking on his phone...

Me and another 5 friends stayed there on April 4 2012. What can I say, it shows a 2 star hotel at the entrance but let me tell you, I have been many places and usually a 2 star is a 2 star, but for this one in particular the stars do not make justice! It is impeccable, looks and must be new, it is extremely clean and modern throughout, starting from the rooms and all the way down to the dining area...

It was hard to make sure I was at the correct location because the Hotel sign is just a poster on the store front window. Once inside, the staff was helpful, and the room was very nice and comfortable. The location is very walkable to the main square and events I attended.

An AMAZING hotel with awesome staff and convenient to walking around town. Parking is great right around the corner. They have an amazing bio breakfast at a GREAT price. This is a family run hotel for over 50 year and they are super friendly! We highly recommend!!!!

Wonderful staff, clean, comfortable room with an excellent location between Hauptbahnhof and Marktplatz, very walkable area with many options for dining etc
