I was pleasantly surprised !!!! The reception specially stayed open longer for my late check in and the receptionist was super friendly and offered free parking as she saw a spot on the street that was free

You wouldn't expect such a beautiful hotel in this location. Everything about it was wonderful. Very clean, Big room, modern bathroom. Service was fantastic, the breakfast buffet was very nice.

I was passing from Belgium to Switzerland and Needed an overnight stay to break my Travel. As Saarbrücken was in the middle of the road I booked the Crystal hotel

I opted for an additional breakfast in the morning and this was a 4 star restaurant breakfast worthy. I slept wonderfully and the room was quiet and spacious

Overall, it was a good experience, but unfortunately, the hotel's WiFi had problems during our stay, with no internet for almost half the time (we checked in on Friday, the internet was down Saturday morning, and it wasn't fixed when we checked out on Monday)

I stay here every time I come to Saarbrücken. The privileged room I booked this time was very good and very cost-effective. Drinks and snacks are provided, the room is large and the bed is comfortable

I came to this city on a business trip. It borders France, and the hotel is in a very good location in the city center with a particularly nice environment. There are beautiful views of the river.

The breakfast is good and not crowded. We came here to watch Fan Zhendong's Bundesliga debut in Saarbrücken, and it's very convenient as it's a half-hour walk from the stadium

Overall nice hotel with large rooms and good breakfast. Parking is small in front of the hotel. But the bar and restaurant do not work on Sundays and restaurant also on Saturdays which is odd

Wonderful hotel! It looks like brand new one, located in middle of downtown Saarbrücken, service was very good and receptionists were very friendly, welcoming and helpful plus the booking fare was great for my stay! I highly recommended and definitely will come back again

Good parking facilities at the hotel. Friendly reception and a large, spacious room with good amenities. The only downside is the terrible bathroom lighting; there's definitely room for improvement there

First of all, the hotel is very centrally located. You can reach many places on foot. The hallways are a bit too dimly lit for our taste. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Kettle, air conditioning, etc

The only drawback to our room was that it constantly heated up. It wouldn't have been possible without air conditioning, even though the outside temperature hovered around 20 degrees Celsius and we had no sunlight

We spent one night at this hotel. It's ideally located for exploring the city center on foot. The hotel has covered parking for €18 per day. Spaces are limited, but there's no need to reserve

Staff and service are good. There is free parking nearby. Unfortunately, the TV is not a smart one without YouTube, Netflix, etc. From 6:30 a.m. it is loud on the ground floor and you don't need an alarm clock.

The breakfast was quite good, lots to choose from! Getting to downtown Saarbrücken was also not too bad, takes about 10 minutes, but finding parking is another challenge

The hotel has both a swimming pool, which is usually pleasantly quiet, and a sauna, steam room, and relaxation room in which guests can chill after their sauna! There is also an outdoor, semi-covered relaxation room, which could perhaps do with a coat of paint before springtime! The relaxed ambience, friendly staff, pool and wellness area, plus the almost-central, but quiet location make this my hotel...

I gave the location four stars, as it is in a quiet street, but not quite in the city centre. a walk of ten minutes gets you to the railway station, slap in the centre of town

We enjoyed the swimming pool, the calm and the professionalism of the staff, it's a shame that there aren't any French channels on TV.

The entry level "cosy room" category we booked was a delight; high ceilings, beautiful light, flawless design (they designed and made their own shower tiles) and immaculate house keeping

What can I say, it shows a 2 star hotel at the entrance but let me tell you, I have been many places and usually a 2 star is a 2 star, but for this one in particular the stars do not make justice! It is impeccable, looks and must be new, it is extremely clean and modern throughout, starting from the rooms and all the way down to the dining area, very modern indeed

The only minor thing that bothered me was I could hear the neighbor talking on his phone through the wall. I travel with ear plugs and use a noise app on my phone so it wasn’t that big of a problem either

It was hard to make sure I was at the correct location because the Hotel sign is just a poster on the store front window. Once inside, the staff was helpful, and the room was very nice and comfortable
