The location is so nice and peaceful looking out onto the forest and walking distance to Oybin and to the Kelchsteine. The included breakfast has a great variety. The staff are super friendly. The room is comfy and quiet.

Thanks to the hospitality at the Hotel Riedel in Zittau, we had an all-round lovely short family vacation. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast buffet and 3-course evening meal were rich and delicious. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the service was very efficient and always friendly. Very well run and respectable Hotel. Our room was clean, but very small, which is due to the fact that can look back on 300 years of Tradition. The wet cell is not small, unfortunately.
