This was just great. I was weary while booking this due to the price. But the hotel and its staff delivered and then some. The staff is incredibly friendly. Very quirky hotel! Every room has a different theme and it certainly is "different", in a very curious and quirky way. The beds were comfortable, just wish the window would have been bigger in the bedroom for fresh air. The hotel is easy to find with ample free parking and has great views of the river. The staff speak good English and are very welcoming. The rooms are large, comfortable and very quiet and we had a lovely river view. The restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices.

It was an amazing place with a great view to the town. Clean rooms (except a carpet), available tea and coffee, a hair drayer, a fridge. We got free tickets for a ferry like a present. The only disadvantage was that the hotel was further away from the center. Very nice staff at the hotel❤️

Stayed for one night because my husband had a business meeting in Pirna. March is clearly off season - a great time to enjoy the gorgeous view of the Elbe River in peace and quiet. Our room was spacious and clean, with that gorgeous view and a huge balcony. The bathroom had enough room to keep our toiletries in there. Excellent Hotel and very friendly staff! The food was delicious too and it was so good, we ate there every evening! The location is wonderful with a great view of the Elbe from the beergarden. Will definately go back!!!

Superb Hotel with high quality restaurant. Just back from a weekend in Pirna visiting family and we stayed at the hotel. Check in was quick and no problems. The Restaurant was full and I would advise to book your table. The menu was only available in German,however not a problem the staff helped and we enjoyed a Superb meal, typical high quality. Great Hotel, I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I've stayed here frequently for work. I've spent about five weeks here now. Check-in is until 8:30 pm. If you provide a phone number when booking, you'll receive a call if you haven't arrived by 8 pm. If you arrive late, you can get your room key from a machine outside the hotel parking lot by entering a code sent via email, so check-in is possible even very late. The rooms are cleaned on Wednesdays...

Overall the hotel is really nice. The room was a bit old and smelly, also a bit dark. On the other hand, breakfast was really nice: nice variety, good tea, very cosy breakfast area, good service. Also I can mention small parking: it is rather small, and if you come late you might need to look for the place in the city.

Nice and clean hotel, excellent service, it is quiet and far from the noise despite its proximity to the train station.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff are definitely worth more than 5 stars! Very fast and stable WiFi, a very balanced buffet for breakfast (with very good coffee) and of course a great location. The price is also very reasonable for the "luxury" that you get for the relatively low price.
