Nice and clean, great restaurant but not much around to see/do

Clean hotel, restaurant and bar in the lobby Rooms rather old. But big and clean Not city centre, but easy to reach with car, there is some parking space available in front. Shops and stores close by. Satisfied as a business traveller, spending 1 night

Rooms are big and clean, Beds are comfortable not too soft. Breakfast is not bad, the pre boiled eggs could be replaced by something other. 7 minutes hard boiled eggs are not really something to enjoy. Coffee is nicely strong.

Location a little far from the city, but there have bus every 30 mins. Bus stop just outside of the hotel.

The hotel is nice, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast is quite basic, with no fresh fruits available. It could definitely be improved with more variety. Overall, a good stay, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Great Hotel at the southern end of Zwickau. Good value for money. Rooms with decent size, unfortunately without A/C. Eager service team. Good Greek Mediterranean styled Restaurant. But one thing to consider for the management: if you place large “No smoking in this area” warnings in German & English next to the main entrance area, why then placing large ashtrays right underneath the signs? A very old hotel with old school facilities. But the breakfast is not bad.

Breakfast was good including fish. Reception was high customer service. Room was little smelling.

Great hotel bot to stop for 1 night on the way or stay for fe days and visit attractions nearby. Very rich selection at breakfast. Close to old town. Godd value for money

This very pleasant establishment had very friendly and chatty staff, From the chap at Reception who checked me in on Good Friday evening to Waiter Jonas I was always thoroughly engaged socially. My room was very pleasant and well equipped. Thanks Holiday Inn you contributed to my delightful Easter 2017.

This is probably the nicest Holiday inn I've stayed at. Well appointed rooms, and lovely location.

Quiet, dated hotel that could use a refresh. We didn't eat there, I think because of the due to the low occupancy the kitchen was closed. We saw not even one other guest during our 2-night stay, only one helpful gentleman at reception when we arrived and departed. Our room was small but clean and the bed was very comfortable. The decor is from the mid-80s which isn't necessarily a negative point...

I stayed here whilst on business in Zickau. The staff here are all friendly. The check in and out was quick and efficient. The room was clean and there was plenty of options for breakfast. The location is just a few minutes walk from the main restaurant area and also the park.

Excellent hotel! Only 10 minutes walk to the Railway station and about 15 minutes walk to the city center. The hotel itself is very quiet, the room has all the necessary facilities. I strongly recommend it.
