The room was absolutely lovely; I felt really comfortable, so cozy, and I slept incredibly well in the bed. The furnishings were perfect, and the coffee capsules and tea in the morning were a lovely touch. It's just a three-minute walk to the city center. I ended up parking my car at the Grüner Weg train station parking lot, a bit further away, but it's free. The only downside was the hairdryer. But it was fine for one night.

Good Interior Design but VERY disappointing service and horrific management with no care to their guests.

We had a confirmed booking, arrived 7pm on the day and found out no one was at the reception. It was raining and 4 degree outside and it took a long time for anyone to answer the call. They wanted covid and ID proof to be sent by email while we are waiting in the cold. It's understandable yet strange that they did not think to inform their guests in advance or give them a call before arrival.

Unfriendly staff, bad communication, the bathroom flush is not working properly and they have chosen IKEA cups that are made in Thailand.

Sympathetic hotel with a fitting name. The rooms are clean and super new. You can sleep very peacefully and the hotel has a great location in the center of Eckernförde. Front desk is also nicely staffed. We felt very comfortable.
