We had a confirmed booking, arrived 7pm on the day and found out no one was at the reception. It was raining and 4 degree outside and it took a long time for anyone to answer the call. They wanted covid and ID proof to be sent by email while we are waiting in the cold. It's understandable yet strange that they did not think to inform their guests in advance or give them a call before arrival.
Attached is the price list of their tea and coffee.
Superb rooms and staff were trully amazing from the owner to the cleaners.so good I extended my stay.
