We has been at the hotel several times. Each time and season is perfect.

My wife andbI had an absolutely wonderfully stsy here. Everything you need is in walking distance or a short bus ride. Very peaceful and relaxing area, small town and an amazing little downtown area with many shops and food options. Hightly recommended!

We loved it, everyone was so nice and friendly, the view from our room sensational, just steps away from the beach, all clean and we slept like babies!

The room is clean and has a kitchen. The balcony scenery is my dream, and the staff is very friendly. The only regret is that in this era, in 2023,, the hotel's WI-FI is intermittent，and the hotel did not give any solution.We have been here for six days, and sometimes it is really frustrating.

Good place for staying for a few days, too bad there are no bathrooms here

We were here with an entire swim team, and it worked really well. It was exactly what you should expect from a jurgenherberg, and the staff was very accommodating and nice. It is well suited for larger groups, while still being nice and clean.

I know it doesn't look like much, but for a hostel it was perfect. No noisy bunk beds. It was warm and clean. Not too much noise. Hot showers. And the breakfast was decent (buffet style) with bread, cheese, ham, cereals, yogurt, a few vegetables, coffee, tea, something I think was juice (didn't try, I just drink water). Nothing fancy but enough to get you proper fed.

The rooms are clean but the bathrooms are not the cleanest just dirty but not gross. There is a washer and dryer for use and wifi in the main dining room. Breakfast is provided as well.

Facility, service and breakfast were exceptionally good. The only reservations I have are on the check-in and spa time. Checkin is at 1600 which is the latest in the hotels I have been, and spa too. We actually came for the spa and it is pity that on the date of arrival that you cannot use the spa until after you check-in, which is already 1630ish.

I have visited Das James before, and I have always loved it. This time the temperature at the pool was colder than normal, and it was way to cold to swim outside, which is part of the spa experience. The first hotel I see with liar and deceiving management. We mistakenly booked 3 rooms instead of 2. Just 30 minutes later we called the hotel to cancel one room. Great location, but it’s hard to get good employees. They didn’t let me get in before 3pm and they fail to Book halbe Pension (breakfast and dinner) for the day after, so I was thrown out of the restaurant when I wanted to have dinner. A good hotel with a good location, a delicious breakfast with red fish. Friendly staff. But the lady who met me was rather inexperienced and asked me to pay for a room I had already paid for. After I said I had paid, it took her three seconds to verify it.

this hotel does not have AC so summer nights are hot and sensitive people can't sleep. our room faced the inside area where many birds are constantly active - so it's loud. and because we had to open the window due to heat, we could not sleep due to the noise. breakfast was ok, but not special. very large hotel and very busy

Great hotel but major disappointment with the room. No A/C and windows locked from opening. It was very warm, not good for a hotel in this calibre. Otherwise all ok!

The hotel offers free access to the water park, which is great for kids. The rooms are a bit small and not very spacious. There's a diving facility nearby, but it's only open Wednesday through Sunday. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for a family vacation.

We were lucky the weather was so good we used the rooms only to shower and sleep

Unfortunately, the selection at the evening buffet is not satisfactory. Few German-speaking staff at reception. Few garage parking spaces, no charging option directly at the hotel.

We really enjoyed the hotel. I was in Grömitz with two friends for a few relaxing days. The service in the hotel was very pleasant, the breakfast buffet and the coffee and cake in the afternoon were very plentiful.

A great location minutes to the beach from you room. Spa is great the hot tub is the only thing I can say was not great as it was very shallow. The relaxation pool was a way better option breakfast buffet is great with a huge selection best to arrive earlier as it gets busy

This was our second visit, we had a voucher to redeem, and overall it was a pleasant stay. The wellness area was great, the food was not bad, and staff were friendly throughout. However, checkout felt a bit impersonal — the receptionist didn’t ask about our experience and went straight to the invoice. For the room price, we expected a more thoughtful farewell.

The hotel is really beautiful, rooms, spa area. We spent there really nice time. Breakfast was really good with a wide range of choices, also healthy bio options. I hope we will visit this place again.

Another fantastic weekend at the A-rosa FANTASTIC. However at bit wird when reception staff asks if we are on the right floor (penthouse)…. 🤔 …. We assume it was due to our travelling clothes however still a word feeling beeing welcomed like that… Celebration of women’s day started with a glass of champagne 🍾 for the women.. 🙏

The room size is decent, staff are friendly. Only thing is they do not provide any toothbrushes. The only thing provided is towels.

If you want to check in before 2pm, they want a 25 euro fee. Seems a bit excessive. The toilet in the room also made a refilling noise for over 15 minutes whenever flushed. That said, the room itself was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location too, very close to train and bus stops.

I stayed at this hotel and had a very good experience. The hotel manager is extremely professional and well organized. The night shift staff member was also very kind and helpful.

Room size very good, coffee station and fridge in the room. Unfortunately no air-conditioning. Very close to the main station and to the ferries. Shopping malls nearby. Nice Restaurant varieties.

For anyone seeking peace, quiet, and relaxation, this would be the perfect place. It's pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. We've been here twice now, and will be back again as soon as we can.

The hotel has a very nice SPA with a nice view. The rooms and the hotel in general are in a very good condition and the staff cleans thoroughly and is friendly. The breakfast is served until noon and has a broad variety of delicious food to offer.

Had a great long weekend at A-ROSA Sylt. The spa facilities are excellent and perfect for relaxing after a walk by the wild Nordsee. The sea view from the room was beautiful, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. A really pleasant stay overall.

Spa, outdoor pool and restaurant facilities were amazing. Also how quiet it was, in spite of that fact that we had a suite facing the land side of the property, was really good. Bed and mattresses were clean and comfortable. Thelayout of the suite with a full-size adjacent room with a sleep couch for our daughter was just great.

Perhaps it was because we had just stayed at Budersand Hotel and had an exceptional time, but we were completely disappointed with our stay here. Great Hotel at a great location, 200 meters from the Fjord Rover. Hotel is outdated, needs a make over, but still works ( just). Great balconies. Large rooms. Parking a challenge in high season. House keeping a very mixed bag, we had days they never came, despite no no disturb signs on the door, replenishment of towels and coffee also various times didn't happen, other times everything was 110%.

We stayed for a single night an thoroughly enjoyed it! Rooms were neat and clean with a good shower and comfortable beds. The breakfast had a broad selection of savoury and sweet treats, the kids loved the Nutella machine 😂. A beautiful location. I had a 6th floor room with a breathtaking view over the fjord. Breakfast is excellent and service is very friendly. The rooms are clean and generally comfortable but the furniture and carpet is very old fashioned.

God parkering (22€ pr. Døgn) service er ok, værelser ok. Seng hmm. Morgenmad er ok men området er for lille, nogen henvises til førstesal som kun indeholder 50% af munü af stue etagen. Men alt ialt et fint ok hotel men absolut ikke fem stjerner. Kort afstand til det gamle Lübeck, shopping og historie. Lübeck er god for 2-3 dage.

A very good high class hotell in a perfect location, close to the city centre. The room quality is very high. The staff was amazing... they really did everything to take care of us. The breakfast was heavenly good. It's a bit pricy to stay here, but if you want to spoil yourself, this is a good place to do it.

Central placeret hotel Central placering. Restaurant var ikke åben til aften, kun baren på 8. etage med meget dårlig service. Nice hotel with convenient location just across the Train Station. Rooms are good in size and clean. Nice breakfast with lots of options. Miroslav at the reception was very helpful and kind with his broad smile.

The hotel is showing its age; the rooms are very spacious, but cleanliness isn't great. The mirrors in the room and bathroom are mediocre, and the shower is very limescaled. As for the amenities, everything is excellent. The swimming pool is a good size, but the sauna is very small for the size of the hotel. Cleanliness in the sauna could be improved. Breakfast is quite alright.

A lovely hotel for a short trip! The room was large, very clean, and newly renovated. The free parking right outside is a definite plus! Unfortunately, there were no toothbrush cups in the bathroom, and the hotel soap had a very unpleasant smell. Breakfast was good, and the staff were exceptionally friendly!

Great value for money place, with a nice fragrant sauna and delicious breakfast spread every morning. Rooms are clean and well furnished. It’s a place with a lot of personality. At night the area below can get a bit loud with music and the crowd, so it wouldn’t be a good place to work then, but it’s a great place to just chill.

The swimming pool photos looked luxurious but reality more like public swimming pool, the indoor hot tub was lukewarm. Very good experience with the service desk - the friendliest with a lot of smiles.

Clean rooms, good shower, hotel right on the beach. No aircondition but we were lucky that it was cool in the night so we could open the windows. Breakfast is to die for! A chef making your omelet the way you like it in front of you.
