Room was renovated. Very clean and beds were comfy. Room was very spacious, which is a rarity these days. Staff were very helpful and nice. We only stayed a night as we were just passing through but definitely recommend.

Room was more spacious than I had expected, staff at reception and in restaurant was very friendly, food offered for breakfast and dinner was very good with a broad variety. A very convenient parking garage.

Have been coming there for many years, now booked the room through the hotel itself, unfortunately the booking did not go through properly so another room on the 2nd floor above the kitchen, woke up at 5:30 am by noises from the kitchen, and no additional pillows, shower rod holder in shower cabin fell down, breakfast was also super good and the furnishings have been the same for years. Cozy room with very comfortable bed. Excellent customer service, with extra details that exceed its functions. They hired us taxis, prepared picnic-breakfast bags, and supported us with the loss of a personal item until it was resolved. I would return without hesitation.

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well presented. Breakfast was excellent, though sadly the restaurant could not open due to covid restrictions, so unable to comment on that. All in all, I would definitely be very happy to stay here again, and would recommend it to friends or colleagues.

Nice cozy place with a homely and old world feel. Just a bit far away from main Hamburg city but worth staying in. Great and friendly service too

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It had WiFi and beds to sleep in. We were in a room designed for a family of four. It was cozy but it met our needs.

This was a cute house, rooms are upstairs. Located near Aldi grocery store which was convenient. Plus was also free parking and quick check in. Downside: room needs a deep clean. No mattress protectors. Only 1 pillow per bed - Needs 2 pillows per person. No Shampoo/shower gel - Bring your own. Also placed the card on door for Do not disturb - guy walked right in at 9am. Unacceptable for guests...

The place is right across to the S Bahn, bus and some other stations. Practical but very noisy. You choose your own preference :) The building is a bit old and smelly. But the hotel room itself was clean.

Noisy and worn-down Noisy, very close to the railway and busy road. With no air-condition the windows needed to be open which made it difficult to sleep well. The indian restaurant in the same building was great!

It is a bit old building, but everything seemed clean. The breakfast was nice. All in all an ok place to just spend a night when travelling.

A nice and clean hotel. It's a bit strange if you stay in the second house and you have to walk through the underground corridor. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is delicious and the staff there is great. The guy at the reception was not that helpful and friendly. The parking lot is quite small. There's not enough space for all guests unfortunately.

Room was really basic but comfortable enough for my short stay. Breakfast was nice and provided a good choice. As stated in description, Wi-Fi was free of charge and worked flawlessly.

A simple medium class Hotel is compensated for its inconvenient location by very friendly and competent staff. The rooms are large, very clean and the beds are comfortable. The Breakfast is for a Hotel in this category exceptionally well. All in all, I have rarely felt in a Hotel so welcome as a guest. Here one has really understood what is the meaning of service. Fantastic modern hotel - a must to stay here! Absolutely wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms, with gorgeous bed linen, exceptionally clean, fantastic new facilities. Room had everything, small kitchen, huge bathroom. Perfect. Breakfast was really lovely lots of options. Staff helpful. Quiet location. Would highly recommend. Perfect for dogs.

Great location clean and easy parking

Automated check-in possible. Quite convenient. Refridgerator, but no mini-bar in the room. Snacks can be bought on a truster basis near the reception. Mostly quiet hotel with spaceous rooms. The cleaning personnel comes around 11h and is quite noisy. Free parking with no additional costs. All in all a recommendation for a trip to Hamburg or Schleswig Holstein.

Easy access to Hamburg Airport We used the hotel for an overnight stay for an early morning flight from Hamburg. Check-in was easy after hours when their front desk is not manned. The hotel was very clean, the location great and the access to the airport the next morning was 5 minutes. Several good restaurants are nearby. Would use again and recommend!

The setting surrounded by the horse stables was wonderful. Place was clean, spacious and nice. Automated check-in was a bit surprising but worked well...I wonder how it would work if one had a problem?

Online check is not a great hospitality start. Feels very unpersonal.

The room 302 was super warm and had a bad smell when we arrived. Also shower had a leak somewhere. Opened all windows and turned off the radiator. Bad smell was there whole stay. Beds great, breakfast great and staff very nice to us. Gym ok and spa looked good.

Hotel, staff, breakfast, room, all was fantastic. The railway station 2 mins away, direct connection to Hamburg downtown, great restaurants just around the corner - a perfect place to stay!

I was most surprised by the free parking and the quiet rooms, even along the road. One of the better hotels we stayed at during our 40 day European vacation. It's cheap by Hamburg standards.

Good breakfast, friendly staff and nice interior. Also a quiet and beautiful area to stay in, there's also a nature reserve nearby for nice hiking / cycling trips.

I don't give the 5 stars because of the staff being rude all the time. It's a good, clean and cheap hotel with a good breakfast.
