Hotel Maromme in Norderstedt

A very average welcome and a receptionist
with inappropriate humor. Deliberately gives false information…
A sub-zero breakfast experience. Too bad we can't rate it below 1 star.

The guy from the reception was totally disgusting and giving wrong info. First he said breakfast its only at 7 am and then he said till 9 am but we saw people having breakfast at 10:30 , we asked and he said “ yes its till 11” are u serious? Disgusting service. Creepy guy.

Had nights in a single room for 3. The room (no. 120) and was exposed to the in accordance with the road noise. Not nice, I found that all the smokers congregated under my window, and there, too, their chat stopped. I could hear in the neighboring rooms, the shower went off and the shower door. It was so loud that you might think you would, even under the shower (especially at Night to four o'clock). Also, you could hear humming constantly for a duration. I suspect it came from the basement of any of the cooling devices.
The hair dryer was unusable, due to a short cable. To the hair to be unsuitable.

The Breakfast buffet was well. The bread rolls were sometimes so hard, we had the impression that they were from the day before again baked. The cleanliness in General in the Hotel was satisfactory. I'm used to clean, despite the Room, at least every day, the bathroom is gross. So were the tray on the glass, after three days, still see toothpaste traces of my electric toothbrush.
The Hotel was well attended by technicians.
The Parking lot was for its number of visitors is too small. If you came late you had to Park a street further.
I want to go back in the direction I would look around for another Hotel.
