Good rooms. Great beds. Okay internet. Good showers. Good parking when it is not arbitrarily taken away by an event next door. Location is a bit further away from most things, but the occasional farmers market event, which is great.

Great hotel. Location and service and friendliness were amazing. I wish I could have said this about our event hotel too ;-) I would always go again. Highly recommended.

We stayed here only for a weekend, two adults and two kids below 12. The personnel is available but pretty "relaxed" let's say. The room is minimal, clean, not much "accessories/ services" included. During our first night in, we suffered a shortcut only in our room 🤯 so, at 22.30 we expected 1h for the receptionist to change our room. So, lighting from year 1400. For breakfast, we got also gluten-free...

Very average, overpriced for what you get. You pay here for location, not a lot else. Rooms are ok, hotel average overall, very limited communal area (just the foyer), the 'bar' looks like an afterthought added to the end of the reception desk, breakfast pricey for what you get, staff ok but expect no more than thr average german customer service. No aircon in the rooms, which were already feeling...

Basically, I have been happy with the Nordsee Hotel so far. I booked it primarily because of the gym next door, which is included in the price. Overall, the hotel is showing its age. I couldn't really sleep on the first and second night of my last stay because the window was completely leaky and there was a loud draft. Really great location right next to the forest and close to the beach. Furnished functionally, even if it would be better if, for example, the wicker chair was not defective, and if you had a few coat hooks and the like. Really great breakfast with lots of choice. So we will definitely come back again!

We were there 2 nights and very happy! You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes and there was a car park right outside the hotel. The room was cozy and clean, the same goes for the pool. The breakfast buffet was lacking. The staff were very friendly and attentive! In a nutshell: highly recommended :-)

The food in the Restaurant was terrific good. The Service was very friendly and very caring towards our little son. We would have gone earlier in the holiday there, we would have eaten there more and more often.

Very clean and cozy room with a comfy bed, good aircon, and a nice bathroom. The hotel is quiet and well-located. Belinda, Krit and Fifa at the front desk was super friendly, they were always helpful, and made our mornings better with their smile. Would definitely come back!

The hotel was pretty pricey, considering there is literally nothing around and the rooms seemed very outdated. Also, there was some kind of drain (with unknown purpose), right in the middle of the bathroom, which caused some unpleasant smells. Other than that: the staff was very nice and helpful and the wellness area was okay.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city

Very small room and no AC. The highlight is the breakfast buffet. Excellent food and great view from the 6th floor on the harbor. If you just use the room for sleeping and you are not staying in the middle of the summer it’s a great hotel. The staff was very nice.

Very good hotel, nice breakfast, good spa area, quiet rooms. Even the room closest to spa was quiet. In the room bathrobe, extra towel and slippers - all handy for the use in spa. Parking area is sufficient, two parkings one in the front of the main entrance and one in the backyard. Costs 10€ per night, but always spots available.

Very well placed. Nice views from the restaurant. Cheap rooms are small and not very comfortable but average rooms are spacious and well equipped. Big rooms are fantastic and spacious

The staff was so helpful every time we had a question. Our room was clean and well laid out. The location was quiet and it was easy walking distance to the placed we wanted to see. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel, roomy ,good location,professional staff. I have never seen so big bathroom in the hotel! there is a mini air conditioner which is important summer time. I recommend it for everyone !

Fantastic location - can easily walk to most areas of interest and modes of public transportation; accommodations are simple but very clean and comfortable - note however that my room did not have air conditioning which probably would have been a problem in very hight temperature. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Recommend highly - I'll certainly stay here in the future unless I want...

I arrived in Frankfurt very early in the morning, and the hotel went out of their way to prepare my room early. Desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at Spenerhaus again!

Great hotel, with a lovely pool and spar, the only down side is I know the hotel is in Germany but all the signs inside the room and around the hotel were only in Germany no other languages so if you don't understand German you are in trouble ,they should at least be in English.

It is a lovely hotel, with a great pool and hot tub close to the sea, we had a great view of the sea from our 3rd floor room. The only thing that let the hotel down was even though it is a 4star hotel all the signs around the hotel and in the rooms were in German, I know the hotel is in Germany but in this day and age of travel shouldn't the signs be other language's as well especially English as this...

Very courteous staff and very nice rooms! The location is very nice as well, right next to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

I stayed there for one night. The room was quite spacious, the breakfast room offers a good view on the sea (and of course a delicious breakfast). The hotel also has a relaxing sauna area. It was a really enjoyable stay.

It is a beautiful hotel and i had a very nicely appointed Jr. Suite. The only small downside was the exercise room was rather simple.

The suite was large and spacious. However, the refridge was not working. Front desk didn't seem concerned. No one repaired or replaced it the next day either. Staff wasn't the least bit concerned.

Nice little hotel. We had a spacious room right under the roof, so it was sometimes quite warm there. But everything was very clean. Unfortunately, the whirlpool was closed due to Corona. Breakfast was great.

Our stay was very nice, we have rented a room under the roof and it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was particularly great. I have lowered the rating because of hidden additional payments about which we were informed only during check out - service fee and parking fees. We do not have a car, so it's difficult to understand why should we pay it. The rooms are not cheap, so I don't see...

A restaurant for special occasions. Very good service. I was invited for work. It's certainly a little more expensive, but quality costs a little more. Certainly one of the best houses in the district. I'll definitely come back at some point.

Well located--but need screens The hotel is located very well--near most of the stores and even a small walking trail. However there is no A/C and we had an unusually warm October stay--also they need to invest in screens doors--they do have them on the window--but only on one window per room. We were told that it was an unusually high amount of mosquitos this year but still--there are a lot of insects...

Language barrier Nice well kept hotel in the outskirts of Town. Only there one night. There was quite a language barrier if you’re not German speaking so google translate had to be used. Room was okay. Lighting was a bit dim for me. No kettle for coffee etc.

The hotel is much used as an event venue. So it is not veey quiet.

Location very convenient for an instant lunchtime, will be visiting again. The meals appeared to the table really quick and was delicious, definitely looking forward to visiting yet again. Nice food portion sizes especially considering the price. Food showed up fast, was very hot and completely delicious. The personnel were usually on hand to hear our needs.
