We had a fantastic 2 night stay right in the center of Bremerhaven. The service and especially the view is outstanding. Even during pandemic times you can "see" the smile of the reception behind masks

I've been on the viewing platform only, very nice especially with a binocular, and cheap, just 4€ with an automatic machine just before entering the elevator.

Rooms are ok, hotel average overall, very limited communal area (just the foyer), the 'bar' looks like an afterthought added to the end of the reception desk, breakfast pricey for what you get, staff ok but expect no more than thr average german customer service

During our first night in, we suffered a shortcut only in our room 🤯 so, at 22. 30 we expected 1h for the receptionist to change our room. For breakfast, we got also gluten-free bread, and nothing else

Basically, I have been happy with the Nordsee Hotel so far. I booked it primarily because of the gym next door, which is included in the price. Overall, the hotel is showing its age

The hotel environment is good, the room is quite spacious, the window is right outside the port, the breakfast is also good with many varieties, the staff is also attentive and enthusiastic, there is a children's opinion picture book in the room, after filling it out and handing it in, the two children also received a small gift

Located near the industries, right next to the river (great view), it's not expensive, they have a smoker's area, the rooms are modern, comfortable and clean, the bar is open until late, breakfast was really good and the staff were truly kind

The hotel is actually partially build on stilts. Parking available on the dock. No restaurant fr dinner, but there are a lot of restaurants just a 2-5 minute walk away. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean

Wonderful! Beautiful hotel. Great views from the decks, great saunas that are free of charge including the robes. Rooftop bar was nice and made a good cocktail.

Location is great But very soft bed's Only single bed's and the great roof top bar was closed on 2 days for private events. the only chance to get some drinks was in front of the checkin desk

Nice location, handy parking with EV charging available. Comfortable and roomy room, didn't;t like the split bed (2 singles making up a double) but a gap in between. Would definitely stay there again.

That being said they likely had to deal with loads of grumpy customers who come through in great numbers because this is a cruise port town

Some guest service personnel are friendly and an asset to the service industry, others are defensive and almost rude

The hotel is located on a plaza close to restaurants, shops, and museums. Good room with opening windows. The air conditioning kept the room cool on a hot day. Excellent staff.Great breakfast. Highly recommended.

A wonderful indoor smoking room that is well ventilated, bring a Cigar or buy one from a well stocked Tobacconist right around the corner. Make it a place to visit, you wont be disappointed

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, wifi was available. Liked the complementary water bottle. Took a star off for the location, as it is quite far from the city center. But you know this before booking I figure

The hotel was good. The noise had nothing to do with the hotel and came from car posers who apparently had meeting points nearby.

They have a very large bike storage garage however it can only be accessed between 8am and 8pm. All staff friendly and helpful

Easy access, nice standard rooms and little off the tourist areas. Good food and parking lot, as well as supermarket, pharmacy and doctor's practices in close vicinity.

However, I stayed at the hotel on a week night in mid-May, and did not experience noise issues, and the outside temperature was perfect for having the windows open. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice

I found it to be quite walkable to restaurants, but for my preferences (on this trip, anyway) I liked that it was a few minutes’ walk from the noisier areas
