It would be a 5 star place but there is not enough hot water for basic shower.

We stayed at the newest part of the property. The room was very well designed, we loved the small patio that we had in front, the comfortable bed and the atmosphere - next to the beach. The rooms are really clean but there was an unpleasant odour from the sink though. The view is awesome but be aware that there are a lot of bees. The windows have mosquito nets so the bees only annoy you when you eat outside.

Family villa, quiet and very close to everything! Very easy to find, just 50 meters away from the main road ! Great place, very clean and one of the best views to Diaporos island! Nikos is amazing! He answered at midnight in our phone call, as we had an issue with an other apartment in the area. He found us a room in his apartments, and immediately we had a clean and cozy room to sleep. Everyone in Nikos Apartments is kind, with a smile, to help or to treat you coffee. On the beach they provide only 1 umbrella and 3 sunbeds for an appartement for 4 adults. The beach is not sandy (has little stones), but the water is great.

You have a large and beautiful yard, in front of the villa, but you should not allow guests to play football or to make too much nois until late after midnight. I think you should set a quiet program and check from time to time if it is followed. I had the misfortune to stay, at the same time, with two families of uneducated tourists who did not take into account that they are not alone there.

Amantes is an exceptional and a very unique place. The rooms are very modern but the resort is extremely well integrated with the nature around it. Despotiko is our sanctuary! It is the absolute place for family vacations! we have been visiting 3 years in a row and each year we have the best time. I really don't understand most of the comments here, people book a 2 star hotel and expect 5 star facilities, I admit that it is a little dated at the lower floor apartments but the top floor apartments are very good. This was our first trip to Pefkochori and the Mirablue luxury residences exceeded our expectations. We stayed at Neikos hotel in the middle of July. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Reasonable cost. For anyone going to Hanioti it is highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location, near the beach, restaurants and markets. It has a nice view from rooftop terrace looking at sea and town. Room is nice decorated, very clean and change of towels every day. The breakfast was great and quality, served in the rooftop terrace. The hotel has nice pool. The reception staff is very kind. We will come back again.

From outside the hotel looks very good with private pool. The bathroom is very small, the toilet is behind the door. The shower is not good maintained. Breakfast very poor and not fabulous as it was reviewed by so many guests. The staff is very friendly, the room is clean.

Nice apartments, especially those on the ground floor with a garden view..
