The location of the hotel is perfect: in the corner of two main walking (7PM-1AM) streets. The rooftop bar is perfect for breakfast, the view is awesome - just the electric wires disturb it - you can find table in the shadow or on the sun.
Breakfast is recommended: not too various or exciting, but adequate quantity and quality. You can order brewed coffee as well. Fly in the ointment: there were a lot of juice, but neither of them was cold, and I hate cigarette smoke (everywhere is allowed).
Hotel has an own shore with sunbeds, which is not too large, but enough, and hotel provides beach towels for every day.
Suits are nice with good layout, each of them has terrace - we booked quite late, so we had the worst view for the parking place. Although coffee machine is ensured, you won't find compatible capsules as it is not nespresso compatible.
Staff is extremely kind, they help with everything. I liked them very much!!!!

Great hotel! The staff are excellent, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the beds ate comfortable and a fully equipped kitchenette. It located right across the street from one of the nicest beaches I've seen in Halkidiki. It is in the heart of all the beach activities with cafes, restaurants, shops and even arcades for the kids. Great place for a peaceful vacation.

We stayed from 11th-18th August. The staff were lovely and friendly. This hotel is great if you want a hotel with a beach in front of you and plenty of restaurants near by. You get the best deck chairs in the beach if you are part of this hotel. The rooms are clean and has a space for a small kitchen if you want to bring back food. Due to covid restaurants were all closed after midnight and its take away only after 12 too. Breakfast is also served which is extra. BUT due to covid they serve it for you. I want to thank all the girls who have been brilliant in looking after us during our beautiful stay. I wouldn't recommend this place enough. The sea is transparent and beautiful, amazing places to eat and boat trips at the local area. However my only rant was with the greek immigration police at the boarding gates going back. They came across rude and unwelcoming because we had Muslim names. They can scrutinise you. Just be wary.

It was very nice short stay at Art boutique hotel. The rooms was very clean and comfort. Breakfast was very good, tasty and with many varieties. I had to shorten my stay because of some private things and the girl from reception has accepted to cancel my reservation without any extra charge even if i know that the reservation was nonrefundable(which means that there is a cancellation cost) but she was very kind and spoke with her manager and everything was accepted as i have requested. The location of the hotel is really perfect everything is near and in walking distance. They recommended us a restaurant for dinner and really the food was perfect there. I hope to come back again in this hotel. Definitely perfect short stay and i wish i could stay longer. I will come back again.
