The staff was very courteous. There weren't too many guests at the time. The window was hard to open.

A very pleasant overnight stop just 20 minutes from the airport. Nice light, clean room. However, by the standards of many foreigners, not 4 star - probably lower 3 star. And the description I saw included 'free parking' while only on-street parking was available. Very friendly staff and good (not outstanding) breakfast. Given the price, I will probably stay there again as it was excellent value.

John from the Blue Bar has been friendly, helpful, and has absolutely made our stay a lot better at the hotel. His positive moral has created a positive environment, and we cannot thank his hard work and excellent drinks enough! Thank you John.

Couldn't fault this hotel. The location is ideal for Gouvia town, shops and tavernas and also the beach. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. 1st class service, lovely hotel, amazing staff, everything so clean, yes there is the odd smell now and again but it’s not from the hotel. I’ve stayed in many places in Corfu over the last 30 years and this is superb! The cocktails are amazing , the breakfasts are great, and the pool is the cleanest I’ve ever experienced.

We booked the hotel at the last minute on our way to Corfu, and it exceeded our expectations. It’s a very clean hotel located in a quiet area, with extremely helpful staff. There is enough parking available. The breakfast is also good, offering a variety of options. As for the location, it’s quite central , close to the island’s main areas and conveniently situated for exploring all parts of Corfu

We had a brilliant time, the staff are friendly and helpful, the view is unbelievable and the food and drinks are very good. We enjoyed the Asian restaurant the most. Make sure you book the restaurants before you arrive.

We were a family group of 6 visiting in September. We give this 5 stars. The food options were varied (but be warned you have to book in advance) and very good. Staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had sea views in the hotel and a top tip would be to ask for them, we felt they were better than the bungalows. Location is excellent, with a choice of the lovely Dassia beach or two hotel pools, we preferred the smaller pool nearer the hotels reception. Breakfast was good, buffet type, both hot and cold fare. coffee and juice machines easy to operate. Restaurant staff very attentive. Room good, cleaned a couple of times we were there only complaint was the hotel was at the top end of the old town, so there was a slight incline to walk up to the hotel.

Amazing staff on reception and a super helpful chap greets you, takes cases up, takes cases out to taxi in the morning….he even had an umbrella for us as was stormy. Hotel in need of updating BUT clean, comfortable for a 1 night stay and so well located for mooching around Corfu town

After disembarking from our sailboat, it was so wonderful that they were able to have our room ready for us early, and for them to have brought our luggage up while we visited the Archaeological Museum! We also enjoyed our dinner at their rooftop restaurant!

Clean hotel close to the city center. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

There were four of us, and we received a warm welcome. Our suitcases were taken immediately, but one drawback was that they weren't brought to our room because they were stored in a closet. Otherwise, the food was adequate and OK considering the circumstances.

We got a small room with the double bed up against one wall. Also, the bathroom was hilariously bad with a tiny bathtub shower that was almost unusable as it had an uneven floor that made it almost dangerous. Proximity to the sea was great, and the pool area was fine although a bit of a catfish picture. Breakfast was great though

Staff are excellent from the cleaning staff to the restaurant bar and kitchen. All of them are friendly and accommodating. We had an excellent stay and we will be back.

This is a gem of a hotel. Staff cannot do enough for you in making your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Some terrific restaurants around the hotel plus the hotel itself offers a smorgasbord of food that will suit everyone’s taste.  We had a junior suite which looked over the water. Bathroom is small but that’s the only negative aspect of the hotel.  Not sure if you could find better place for the price

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. And it’s much nicer now it’s had a refurb in the public areas. Sadly the rooms were very basic but clean. Great welcome from the start. The location is set back back from the town it’s an easy walk in or a €20 ride.

The food and resturant staff are so friendly specially the chef himself but the room was dirty and full of dust after I mention that to the manager.
