Overall the hotel is really nice. The wait staff are exceptional and the room service is excellent. The reason I’m giving it 2 stars is halfway into our stay they started doing heavy construction right below our window/balcony. They were tearing up the sidewalk and jack hammering. They did not give us notice and didn’t even say anything like it was no big deal. Hardly a “5 star” hotel. The noise was extremely loud and unpleasant. Not very relaxing. One other thing I wouldn’t recommend is using their 40 euro hotel airport transfer - it’s a 5 min drive to the airport…

As for the drink prices everyone is posting. Yes it’s true they charge an egregious amount for cocktails. Pro Tip - AB supermarket is a 4 min walk down the hill, they have normal priced beer and liquor there. We just bought groceries there and made our own stuff.

Had a truly lovely stay; celebrated our birthday at the hotel and were spoiled with amazing brownie
Pie and candles over breakfast. Staff was really accommodating on arrival tracking the ferry and very friendly on check in and otherwise. Hotel is set up like a small Myconian village. Breathtaking views within the grounds and over the harbour/city - considering it is a ‘city hotel’. Breakfast buffet is extensive and good. Might you need extra’s, there is always the a la carte menu. Staff is young but very, very kind, attentive, willing and going the extra length for your pleasure. Chapeau!
Hotel is 5 minute walk from town centre but also a truly tranquil area in the wild, wild bustle of Mykonos with comfy sunbeds and serving a good lunch. We will certainly be back when coming to Mykonos. Can highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at the Belvedere, made even more special by the outstanding service from Marianna at the concierge desk. She went above and beyond to help me pull off a surprise birthday celebration for my brother—from arranging balloons and a cake to making sure every detail was perfect while we were out. Her warm communication and thoughtful touches truly set this hotel apart.
Highly recommend both the Belvedere and Marianna’s exceptional guest service for anyone visiting Mykonos!

From the moment I arrived the reception team made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. When there was an issue with my reservation, Nikoletta stepped in right away and made sure I was accommodated and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout.

The hotel itself has a really nice balance: it feels stylish and modern but still keeps that relaxed Cycladic vibe. The beds were soo comfortable. The pool area is beautiful, with amazing views over Mykonos town, and the location couldn’t be better you can walk straight into town in just a few minutes, which makes exploring super easy.

Overall, between the excellent service and the atmosphere of the place, my stay felt effortless. I’d definitely come back to Belvedere on my next trip to Mykonos.

Love the location of the Belvedere. Central to the town-Chora. No need for a car rental. Can always book a driver from hotel to take you where you need to go.
Always love the vibe at Belvedere, especially at cocktail hour. The music always sets the mood for the night.

My only complaint was the number of staff to the number of Guests. Not enough staff and service too slow when it came to ordering drinks and nibbles and simple things like coffee and waters in the morning or early evening. More staff would elevate the service that much more.

Had a wonderful dinner for 10 at Nobu one evening. The service there was fabulous as was the food. We didn’t have a reservation but somehow the Maître’D worked his magic and made it happen. Was a very memorable night.

Would recommend the Belvedere for its location for those not interested in driving. Very centrally located. Walking distance to everything! I hope they improve the number of staff and better service during peak times.

Overall a great stay!

My wife and I stayed at the Belvedere in August 2021 for our honeymoon. We had a voucher from a previous booking that we upgraded to a more premium room. The room we were assigned was really not what we expected. It was on the ground floor and overlooked the pool, so the privacy was not what you would expect on a honeymoon. We asked to change suites but they were fully booked so we were very disappointed. From here it could have been a disaster, but we ended up meeting GM Christopher Wonglis. He was friendly, listened to our preferences and did everything in his power and more to ensure we had a memorable experience. It is easy to see why he excels in the hospitality industry. From there he and his staff made sure we had a wonderful stay and completely changed it. Looking for alternative suite, service, local recommendations etc. Everyone will have different expectations but once communicated they adapt and gave us a wonderful holiday. Sincere thanks to Christopher and the whole team.

When you book a Leading Hotel of the World property you expect high standards. This isn’t it. I hate to leave a review like this but I would want to know all of this ahead of booking this hotel. We stayed in the Hilltop suites, about 250 meters from the main hotel. The rooms are lovely and clean and large so that’s why we booked this area.l and not the main hotel. We were told that it’s an easy walk to the main hotel and easy to get between the two areas to use the pool and the restaurants. That is not the case. They do have drivers but you do have to wait around for them. They made it seem like it was so easy to get around the property. Also, they really want/prefer for the hilltop guests to use the amenities that are in the hilltop area. But the problem with that is the pool they provide is super small, no bar tender on duty and no views. If you lie on a sun bed at this small pool your view is of a giant shrub, So the main pool area - there are minimal day beds - and its first come first serve, even for non-hotel guests. We weren’t able to sit at the pool because of this. Also it’s just got a great pool. It’s small, and everything feels on top of each other. Instead of lying at their pool I highly recommend booking beach clubs and don’t even waste your time at the pool. Also, once you leave - if you have questions about your bill - they do not reply to your emails or calls. The operation here is truly to get your money and that’s it. I will say Alex was such a lovely driver and Marianna was amazing as well at concierge. Christina also at the hilltop upgraded our room which was much appreciated. But honestly. This should nkt be a LHW property and absolutely is not 5 star. It’s a 4 star hotel.

Excellent location and excellent breakfast by the pool side. The staff is great and the service is excellent. The property is beautiful and only a few minutes walk to the windmills, Little Italy, etc. The rooms are small and dated. The bathroom in our room was so small that the door wouldn’t open without hitting the floor mat. There were no hooks to hang anything on and no exhaust. The bathtub didn’t drain very well and you would find yourself standing in bathwater while taking a shower. The hotel plays loud music until late in the night but the rooms are very well insulated.
