Location: in the village of Kiotari, about 40 metres from the beach, 65 km from the airport.
Consists of four 3-storey villas located next to each other, but isolated - "Alia", "Erato", "Meliti", "Ariti".
The Villa is decorated in the same modern style. Each Villa has a private garden and private pool with hydromassage and a waterfall. The organization of the living space in the villas basically differs only in the number of beds in the additional bedrooms.
Beach: public, sandy (50 m from the villas, in a quiet way), 1 line.

Number of bathrooms: 2.
Maximum occupancy:
- Villa "Alia" (115 m2) - 4 adults
- Villa "Erato" (120m2) - 5 adults
- Villa "Meliti" and "Ariti" (139 m2) 6 adults + 2 children
Pool:
- Upper level: master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with Jacuzzi.
- Middle level: living room open plan with fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, electric kettle) and dining area.
Lower level:
- Villa "Alia": 2 bedrooms with single beds each, bathroom with bath
- Villa "Erato": 1 bedroom with a single bed and the other with 2 single beds bathroom with bathtub
- Villa "Meliti" and "Ariti": 2 bedrooms (2 single beds) and additional bed in one of the bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub.
