Hotels with beach in Kiotari

We recently came back from a nice week spent at Lindos Imperial. The location is remote, but local buses can be used (bus stops just outside of the hotel). Not too many choices, but it was very well cooked all the time

There are options for few ‘a la carte’ restaurants. These can be booked directly at the reception, or via the app. During our stay, the app was daily updated with availabilities at 11:00

The slides were also good, the only downside I found, was where you land in the water, the depth is a bit too small for an adult. The bars served local drinks, which were fine

We managed to book 3 (maximum allowance for a 7 night stay). Food was excellent (fish, greek and italian). Pools were great, not too deep (deepest point 1

We had a lovely relaxing 5 day stay at The Lindos Imperial. Our room was spacious and the weather was perfect. Although a little remote, we enjoyed days out in Lindos and Rhodes town

In contrast, we would like to give a very special thanks to Stefi, the lifeguard at the big water slides. She is an incredibly kind, warm and smiling person, always attentive and positive

Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel felt relaxing and well-organized. The animation team kept a very low profile and was barely noticeable throughout our stay

Just one of examples - we had a minor issue when our daughter twisted a muscle, but the spa staff immediately found an available slot and worked their magic—she was back on her feet like nothing ever happened

We really enjoyed our stay at Princess Andriana Resort & Spa. We had a room with a private pool, and it was a great experience

The hotel grounds are enormous so we always found an available spot at the pool and at the beach. The hotel beach is just beautiful ! This hotel is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Would not rate it a 5* as it needs a major upgrade which i believe is happeing for next year. Had no problems with food was something to eat everyday. The pan asia is really good and you can order asuch as you want

The area around isnt great not much to do but their are buses taking you to lindos which is worth a visit and to rhodes town. Overall had agreat holiday and i think this hotel will be amazing once been refurbished

The greek brunch is good also and the greek a la carte. Pool areas do need some tlc, but i think everything as been put on hold for the refurb

Just arrived home from 10 nights at the Princess sun in kiotari rhodes, arrived in the early hours to be greeted by a lovely smiling face, was given bottles of water and a choice of sandwich, the room was airy and spotless, lots of wardrobe space, big shower with rainfall head, large comfy king size beds, cleaned every day with fresh towels, and coffee and milk topped up for the brew facilities in...

Lovely family holiday here at the Princess Sun. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are professional and knowledgeable at wanting to give you a good time. It's a quiet location up the hill from the main road/resort

Trips - lindos by day ( boat trip and lunch in beach front tavern) and lindos by night (stunning roof top terrace meal followed by drinks and walk around lindos and shops

The beach was very good and the restaurant there had excellent food

Private beach portion is excellent, great if you like to snorkel. It's a 4min shuttle away, however it doesn't stop in between. Nearest shops are a 10min walk, hill back up is steep enough

We hired a car and went to golden sands beach - would definitely recommend going there if you have kids. 10/10 would certainly return!

The pools are cool at first, but very helpful when the sun is shining. The beach is rocky, with plenty of sunbeds everywhere

Location is remote so perfect for a relaxing indulgent escape but plenty of excursions can be booked easily via the concierge. Overall an amazing holiday, so much so that I'm considering booking again for next year!

From arrival to departure, every member of staff I interacted with was polite, friendly and welcoming. The hotel has great restaurants for lunch and dinner (the latter you book via their app)

An absolutely incredible adults only hotel which is most deserving of it's luxury 5-star status. Even before the holiday, the staff were super helpful in assisting with queries via email

It's obvious that there's no perfect hotel, but this one, despite a few minor issues such as ventilation in the bathroom, is worth recommending and I'll definitely want to go back there

The hotel has its own stretch of beach which lovely, but please be aware, this hotel is up a mountain, well very large hill!!! They do provide a buggy to take you and bring you back, if you have any walking difficulties, this hotel is not for you

The only problem was with the pool area, where it’s almost impossible to find a sunbed. Guests leave towels early in the morning to reserve spots, even though it’s not allowed

Once your at the beach, there as bars pizza places ect, all free in your all inclusive package, as well as sun beds n parosolls, nice and comfortable

It's a 6km walk to nearest town, lovely walk along past the beach, but there is a bus service, bus stops at hotel, it's 2 euro, 12 in a taxi

Had the most amazing 10 days here the hotel is so cozy, beautiful and peaceful our room was so lovely! The food was so nice something for everyone we especially loved the burger, Italian and Pan Asian à la carte restaurants they were incredible!! Would I personally stop here again no, as we went as a couple, but if you have children or I was bring my grandchild then it's a definite yes. I think I've been fair an honest in this review

We spent an enjoyable 5 days here, soaking up the sun and there is no question the beach is beautiful. However during our 5 days there were certain things which caused annoyance or confusion during our stay

A short 5 night break for the wife’s birthday. As a diamond member the staff were very helpful before our arrival offering transfers and a nice touch with an upgraded room, cake and prosecco on arrival

The hotel had only opened that day but the food was good and the staff friendly. A thoroughly enjoyable break even if the weather didn’t play ball for all of our stay

We went on our honeymoon and had an amazing time. The room was clean and ready close to the pool, the whole site was stunning and clean. The restaurants were brilliant especially the Asian and greek

The staff were so friendly like Sergio at Alas restaurants, Adonis at the Bliss bar, elpiela Christina and the glass collecting girl at the pool who must of walked miles taking orders and picking up empties

I would like to mention when walking back from the beach one day the manager did ferry us to the ice cream parlour in his buggy and opened it early for us. It shows the staff do care, as most were very friendly

A bus stop is only a short walk away, and boats depart regularly from a nearby beach about ten minutes on foot

We spent two weeks at this amazing hotel at the beginning of October, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel arranged a taxi transfer from the airport, and our friendly driver was waiting for us upon arrival

I especially loved the bathroom—it had both a bath and a shower, and the toiletries, towels, and bedding were all of the highest quality. Housekeeping was exceptional, with the room serviced twice a day

Overall, this holiday was simply wonderful—relaxing, comfortable, and effortlessly enjoyable thanks to the professional and caring team. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return

He took care of our luggage and escorted us to a private Mercedes passenger bus, making for a very comfortable one-hour journey to the hotel

Beautiful, spacious rooms next to the beach. 3 pools to enjoy swimming and the sun. The quality of food was very good for an all inclusive hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and supposedly can accommodate up to 2500 guests, but we didn't feel is crowded at all. We always found sunbeds on the beach. Lots of fun activities for the kids of all ages

Myself and my husband stayed at Lindos Princess Beach hotel in October past to celebrate our wedding. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and offers a variety of services/amenities that caters to all

Alas this year we had a few problems, we were all in refurbished rooms and what a great job they have done, however my niece requested twoo adjacent rooms foe her and husband and 2 children 15years and 11years however their 2nd room was 3 rooms from the 1st not ideal, another family in our group requested the same 2 adjacent rooms whitch was granted however their sons 19 & 15 room flooded everytime...

The hotel was not the hotel we had booked. The hotel we were due to stay in had closed. The hotel princess beach was absolutely beautiful. From the minute you walked into the beautiful foyer with its stunning murial

As a whole the hotel is great for families and kids, but it is not tailored for large wedding parties and if I had known this I would have chosen elsewhere as it did leave our wedding guests feelings unsettled including myself

It was me as the bride who kept getting the noise complaints raised to when really I’m not responsible of anyone else. So that did leave me feeling stressed which I didn’t need the night before my wedding

Arrived to friendly staff at reception,room was clean and tidy and cleaned regularly throughout our stay Juan was brilliant with the kids and always a happy face, the bar staff was also excellent especially spiros who would always stop to speak as would shop staff and the mealtime staff worked very hard

We loved the small hotel feel and being right on the beach fabulous. The staff were excellent and worked hard but…… The food wasn’t good and was repetitive

Theodore made our stay/holiday better then we could of ever imagined. The swiiming pool was brilliant and everything felt amazing.

The beach itself was a bit rocky, but after speaking to other tourists, this hotel has the best beach and entrance to the sea. Its only 10 minutes to Lindos if you take the bus. The staff was very helpful and nice

The hotel was clean but the balcony overlooked a roof where a cat stayed and it was smelly with food on the roof not great … the staff where not friendly or helpful apart from one older guy in reception… the facilities where basic no entertainment apart from the beach not a lot to do at all I was not made to feel welcome at all

2 star hotel felt like a 3 star . Staff all friendly. Clean and tidy hitel. Owner's welcoming and go out of there way to make sure you have a great stay.

Place has everything you could want. Pays to pay for aircon as very warm in room otherwise. Owners are very friendly and breakfast is substantial and the snacks and drinks from the pool bar are reasonably priced

My friend and I have just returned from our amazing Gennadi experience, staying at this up and coming hotel. This family run business may take a 2hr transfer to get to but it was worth it

Town is only a 5 minute walk as is the bus stop. Great choice of restaurants close by and the history is there if you care to wander the small streets

The beach js stunning and so private! The stuff was lovley, and the place was so close to the water and very nicely desined. Also the breakfast was really nice and served by the water. Thank you for a lovely vacation

I love this place - It is exactly what I was looking for - A quiet, small resort with a private beach just in front of our accommodation. This resort comprises something like 15 rooms, an apartment and a villa

If you are looking for a quite and romantic trip eco beach is perfect. We wanted to stay away from the busy places, shopping, night life etc. And enjoy quality time at a beautiful palce

The resort is close to Gennadi town, 10-min walking, where you can find excellent restaurants As only improvement area, I would recommend to upgrade the gym as it is not functioning whatsoever, not even for very basic training

The highlight is the breakfast/lunch area - it’s outdoor with sea view under the shade of trees. I did appreciate the staff as well. Professional indeed, considerate and always smiling

Words cant describe how magical this place is, top notch food from breakfast to dinner to fine dining everything we ate was delicious, rooms cleaned daily, breathtaking views from our room, we havent seen so crystal clear waters before and this blue you cant have enough of it (see photos)

My husband and I stayed at Lindian Dream Seaside Resort for our Anniversary, it was perfect from start to finish. The reception team was warm and welcoming, we felt looked after the moment we arrived

Each meal arrives like a diplomatic gift. The grilled octopus — tender enough to bring a bureaucrat to tears. The lamb? So well-seasoned I suspect ancient trade routes were reactivated for my plate

The pools needs to be cleaned/maintained, they looked a bit dirty… The sunbeds by the pool are worn, and not very comfy, the ones on the beach were great! All in all, we had a very relaxing break recharging our batteries as the hotel was very quiet

Sunbeds are the best! Sea is warm, surroundings stunning, location perfect as it’s only 5mins drive from the pretty town of Lindos

Just back from another great holiday at the Aquagrande, a little piece of paradise as far as we are concerned. This was our fifth visit to the hotel and we will be returning

30, we were left with BBC Worldnews as very limited English speaking channels, this is old fashioned in this day of age

Our 4th visit and it never disappoints. This is a fantastic 5* resort, with great food, service, rooms and location

The staff are what make this hotel great - the hotel itself is clean and modern and very close to the beach, and had a lovely quiet and serene pool area, but the main quality are the staff who were all extremely polite & professional, but also friendly and personable - they make the hotel somewhere that you want to return to

Areas for improvement, the beach area was not tended and rubbish was left on the beds, to be fair the hotel did send staff down when pointed out to tidy the area, but 2 days later it had not been cleaned again

Pool area very clean although unfortunately you have people at 7am laying out towels to reserve beds! Breakfast was lovely and on the first night we had a great meal in the Italian restaurant

There are only a couple of restaurants walking distance otherwise you’ll need a car or taxi into Lindos Village or to Haraki (small fishing village opposite direction of Lindos Village- small taverns along the boardwalk

Although there is 7 restaurants they are all along the same corridor next to each other in rooms that felt extremely sterile with no atmosphere. Overall a very nice and comfortable hotel

Cannot fault any part of our stay a truly exceptional hotel fantastic location and service. So good we’ve booked next years already.

The beach area is also in need of an update, the facilities could be better, and they are in dire need of new sun chairs which makes the beach area feel that of a 3 star hotel

Firstly, staff and customer service are phenomenal, probably the best at any hotel I’ve ever encountered. From waiters at breakfast to reception front desk, absolute 5 star service

Hotel facilities are good, the main pool, resteraunts and newer parts of the hotel are exceptional. However the entrance to the hotel is underwhelming and slightly tired

We were offered an upgraded room on arrival which was incredibly kind. Our room (junior suite) was beautifully decorated and spacious, however there was a few issues

The hotel and our room were at excellent condition and clean. The beach is really nice, water-line with small rocks but after that sand. The restaurant was good, breakfast excellent

Fresh omelette every day. Staff can’t do enough for you. Room with pool was amazing. Beach is so lovely and peaceful but get some beach shoes to make entering sea easier.

A beautiful small hotel right on a quiet beach near Lindos. The only minor downside was the sound of some extraction fans from our balcony, but otherwise a wonderful experience

The staff, food and aesthetic made lindos aqua terra perfect, you feel so relaxed and there’s nothing better than lying on the sun beds having drinks brought to you then enjoying yummy food in the restaurant at good prices

A year ago, last October, I wrote a long and glowing reference for this hotel. You can scroll back for the full version but we revisited this October and were greeted so warmly as return guests

Respecting your choices, there is always a positive response for your needs. Rooms are so comfy and all the details were carefully arranged. Sun beds were most comfortable and sea was calm and clear

Restaurants and bars were top notch with amazing views. And most importantly all the staff was warmer than the October sun. !!! With big smiles, they were ready to assist you all the way they can

Every day, received complimentary gifts, fruit platters, sparkling wines, delicious small chocolates, endless supply of coffees and teas. A-must-go hotel if you want to indulge yourselves

Not only was the location spectacular but the hotel and staff were all very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing too. It’s only a short taxi ride from Lindos town to visit the Acropolis, shops and restaurants.

It was my first experience of booking all inclusive and this type of holiday in 50 years, and I wasn't sure it would be for me, but I have to say that it was fantastic, food was plentiful, a huge range and great quality throughout

We stayed at Lindos Royal as a family of 13, 3 generations ranging from 5 to 70 years old, staying in 4 apartments. The hotel was superb, rooms kept very clean and tidy as well as the whole complex

This was my first trip to the Island of Rhodes it was absolutely magical. The hotel was very nice, the views were spectacular! I went all over the Island this is probably the best place on Earth

The drinks are ok and available as you want them. The staff were wonderful and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. The temperature was a perfect 25 deg C daytime, and 18 deg evenings
