Low class! Really boring rooms and the worst breakfast ever! Avoid!! Service is an unknown word here! Situated in a high hill but without good views… just a hard walk. Lousy pool and tired staff. Best thing is leaving the place! Look elsewhere!

Overall, it's worth to pay a little extra for a better hotel. +The man who is in reception at evening/night is lovely +They are friendly to the cats +Location is ok (the hill is REALLY steep) -No electrical outlet avaliable by the bed, only one outlet avaliable in the entire room (it's at the opposite side of the bed) if you want the fridge. We skipped the fridge to have two outlets, and also used the one meant for the TV (on vacation you may want to charge 2xphones, headphones, powerbar) -AC was broken for 6 nights, with water and shards of ice falling IN MY FACE at night. They had it repaired 3 days in a row, and the receptionist lady laughed when we told her about it. We only got 2 days free of charge, even though they for sure knew about at least the 3 days of repairs (aka 3 nights malfunction). Picture is of ice on the bed, where my pillow normally was. Pieces of ice like this, and drizzling cold water woke me up constantly. -Wifi ******. -Breakfast is ok, but very limited. They used the same utensils for meat and cheese (big no-no for vegetarians). The cucumber smelled and tasted horrible. When they were out of coffee (far before 9.30) and we asked about it, they laughed and said "Finished" instead of apologizing (which we would understand and be ok with). -Really hard/uncomfortable beds, and the blankets felt unhygenic. -Bathroom overflowing when showering -The poolbar non-existing, to reach the pool you exit through a messy room which used to be a bar-area but is now a weird room with some gym stuff in it. -Very few options for shadow by the pool -Steep hill to get there, we mostly took the dirt road to the left of the hotel when exiting instead. -Aside from the older gentleman, the staff really was not that friendly.
