2 star hotels in Agia Marina

Stayed for one night. Hotel was clean and reception staff friendly and helpful. Basic room with a balcony overlooking other buildings and carpark area. Had a fridgebut not facilities for making a cup of tea or coffee. There was a restaurant and bar area but these weren't open. Location was good as les than 2mins walk and you were in the town with plenty of choices for food, shops etc.

Hosts are the loveliest of people, bed was really comfy, rooms are very clean and well equipped (air conditioning, TV even got mosquito repellent). Sea view upon request (few rooms have sea view, our view from the balcony can be seen in the pictures.) Don't expect a modern place as hotel is not renovated or modernised but for the price we paid it was lovely. Quiet area but 5 minutes walk from bars...

Very clean , reasonable price and amazing location in the best beach side of the island ! You can get there easily by getting a bus next the ferry port , or rent a car or quad or bike . You have also mini markets next to it , coffes , bars and nice loudy parties in the night ( but from the rooms you hear nothing so good choice to sleep in Calm ! )

Lovely place at a wonderful location. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went around our schedule. The room itself was clean and had all the necessities. Only things I didn't like were the very weak flush and almost broken handle on the bathroom door. Overall I'd definitely say the hotel is worth it for it's affordable price. Would recommend!

A very beautiful hotel.Great design in every aspect with a wonderful garden. Very friendly owners and staff who made you feel very welcome. A great breakfast buffet. Very clean rooms. I was with my mother, who is 70 years old. The room was on the second floor without an elevator, which is a shame because we have to go up several times during the day. The room is narrow and very warm because we got the opposite side and the air conditioner can't cool it down. Otherwise, everyone is very kind and it is very visible.

Very nice hotel with super breakfast and super staff. The location is very good in my opinion. I extended my stay because it was too hot for Athens. Near the hotel we have supermarket, backery, restaurants, beaches, and there is even a temple near. I will come back. It is less than an hour from Athens away.

Had a fantastic time staying in Egenia. Hotel isadora is brilliant, excellent location to the beach and to the many excellent restaurants on offer a few meters away. This hotel has soul. You feel like in your own home. The breakfast is of high quality and prepared with love. Bed linen and towels are changed on the second day. The hotel is of older construction, everyone in Agia Marina is like that. I will gladly come again. Thanks to Isidora and her family.

Isidora hotel is the place where you feel at home! The hosts are warm and kind, always in the customer's service! Very clean, daily change towels, breakfast is delicious and whatever you need, always solve! Isidora and her parents are exceptional people! It's the seventh year we've been here. We love the whole family!!

This hotel is a treasure on the island represented by the owner, who is extremely pleasant and helpful. He takes care of the hotel, although the equipment is older, we had every comfort in it. It is a very pleasant location for exploring the island, swimming and tasting the local cuisine. We visited the hotel with small children - everything was without problems.

The first picture on the website shows fetched umbrellas with lounge, chairs, and the beach behind it. Did not see that anywhere where we were staying. They want you to think the beach is very nice, but it was OK.

The staff was very friendly. The apartment was very clean. It has access to a quiet little beach. That is really nice a little bit rocky FYI. Just around the corner, you have plenty of options for dining even a couple of supermarkets The place is easy to find and perfectly located to go around the island to visit.

We booked last minute and had an early check-in. Was very easy with Trip.com. We had a blocked shower drain with our first shower and they moved us to a different room-fast. This was great! We slept well on comfortable bedding. The balcony was comfortable with captain's chairs and a large table. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, bread and cheese and cold cuts. Eggs and a fresh salad...

The apartments are in close proximity to both the beach and restaurants.There is a fruit and vegetable garden on the property! Everything we could need was accounted for.

Just returned from a lovely stay! The staff are soooo lovely, the food is AMAZING especially the fig pizza, the room was clean and the bed is comfy, cleaning staff came everyday to take rubbish and top up loo roll! Air con was spot on! I have no idea why this hotel only has 2 stars I would say its 4 star 100% the only thing missing was a swimming pool! We had our 1 year old little girl with us and...

Owner/manager very friendly. Couldn't do enough to help us. Room was huge and very reasonably priced. Only a 10 minute walk to the port and main town area.

Big, cozy rooms with a genuine Greek feeling. Not the most modern, but that only adds to the genuine feeling. The pool area could be nicer and the pool could have been cleaner, but with the amazing and super friendly owners everything is forgotten.

You get what you pay for. Clean beds, helpful owners. Wifi not great. But a good cheap place to stay for the night.

solid 3/5 and great for the price. The staff were very friendly and the view was amazing but there were some inconsistencies with overall cleanliness of the rooms, the housekeeping never changed our sheets when we asked them to and they didn’t serve breakfast although it was advertised as so in booking.com . Overall it was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone with a tight budget.

Great location, right across from the port and extremely walkable to the hustle and bustle of the Aegina city centre. The large single room covers all the basic needs and is quite spacious for a solo stay. Complementary bottle of water is a nice touch. The sheets and the towels were clean and white. A pleasant experience during our stay at this hotel, which offers clean, bright rooms with a sea view. The hotel is located right on the waterfront, just across from the port. All the restaurants, shops, and the seaside promenade are within walking distance. The bus stop is only two minutes away, making it easy to explore the entire island. Lovely family run hotel in a prime location. I see a lot of negative comments about the run-down state of the building and rooms. And sure, it's by no means modern, but I think it adds character and for the price you pay you really can't complain. People running the hotel are lovely and the rooms are clean and air-conditioned.

Sweet good place to eat. Small beach tavern cross the street from hotel. Traditional Greek menu. Hospitality family owner. Maybe colours of walls and table's is not in the greek blue-white patterns but I recommend it. Homemade baked Pistachio 1kg = 10 €, 500 grams 5€. Just for U info: Pistachio's period is September.

We arrived in early October, absolutely a hidden gem . Hospitality was above & beyond & the pool glorious. Location nice & quiet, blissful & a short walk 10 min walk to main port but it is uphill when walking back to hotel from main town & views so stunning.

I couldn’t give 5 stars, but only because smoking is allowed around the pool area. Personally, I find it unpleasant (I totally hate it!) and it feels unfair that non-smokers, including children, have no choice but to inhale it. It is not fair, smokers have rights over non-smokers??? Hm... In many public spaces (like outside of schools in the EU), smoking is already banned, so I believe hotels should...

I stayed at Klonos Kyriakos during August 2025. The rooms are very clean and they clean them daily. The staff are lovely. Elena helped and advised us a lot. She is kind and knows a lot.
