This isn't my first time staying here, and I really like it. The only downside is that you have to walk up the stairs with your suitcases to get to the reception area, and you also have to carry your suitcases up the stairs when leaving the hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel, with neatly appointed rooms of a good size. At a moderate price, the finishes feel luxurious. The rooms here are of a decent size its in a really good central location easy access to trams and busses. There was still some building going on near by I seen some reviews mentioning this. The staff have been so good to me my room always tidied each day for me and water replaced. I even lost my phone in Athens centre and they were able to help speak to the guy that found it. ❤️

Everything was fine until the last day of my trip, I woke up to a rain leak to the room from the window that reached my laptop and luggage. Half of the room’s floor was wet. No compensation was given.

Amazing place in an amazing location. I stayed in Solen Excelsior and it was absolutely amazing and beautiful and full of modern technology. The views were stunning. The sunsets were some of my favorite. Great restaurants right across the street where you can enjoy your meal from the beach. Quite impressive never been in such a fancy place but to be honest it's a luxury place and I am not used to such things so maybe that is why.. It's real nice though.. Amazing... One night before getting our rental boat for a week in the Greek archipelago, we stayed at hotel tropical. Clean and well organised hotel. We’re happy to stay there close to the beach and to restaurants with nice menues.

I don't like to leave negative reviews, and I really wanted to like this place. The location is a bit out of the way, but the view is nice. I was surprised by the small ooms. The beds are tiny, they felt kid sized. The walls are thin and you can hear every noise in the hallway. It was enough to keep me up for a while. Ear plugs let me sleep. We were not able to connect to the internet at all....

Facing the main road was a bit noisy but it’s super close to the marina of your getting a boat.

The scenery is superb, and the location is very convenient, just steps from the pier. Supermarkets and restaurants are downstairs, and public transportation is very convenient. The rooftop terrace and the hotel's private beach make for a perfect vacation.

The facilities are relatively old and there is a strong smell of disinfectant in the room. But in front of the unbeatable sea view, these are acceptable

I found this to be a perfect choice for a few days before boarding a cruise. The hotel has a shuttle to the busier parts of Athens and to a private beach. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were both decent and fairly priced.
