I can honestly say I've never stayed at such a bad Ctrip Gold Diamond hotel. Of course, the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, so it wasn't their fault at all. This hotel definitely has management problems. First, the facilities are quite old, which isn't usually a big issue in Europe. The hot water wasn't hot enough for showering in the morning, but this wasn't a problem at night, which I suspect is due to the heating system settings. Perhaps because it's the off-season, there were no staff on duty at the front desk or in the restaurant (it's hard to imagine a five-star hotel doing this). There were 3-4 large, free-roaming dogs in the hotel's outdoor area that would follow people around; although they were docile, it was still quite unsettling.

The good things: Car parking and very close to the center, you can walk almost anywhere in the center! This is already quite a deal! The breakfast is also great with fantastic view. The beds are also great and the bathroom also very good and heating is super. There is smell though from humidity while going down to the room (in the corridor though, not in the rooms) and some renovation needed, but I would certainly recommend it!

Very good service, unfortunately there is a problem with it
Sound insulation, you can hear what they are saying in the adjacent rooms. Which creates a problem with the hustle and bustle at any time of the day. There shouldn't be such issues in a hotel at this price.

The most expensive hotel within the village. It has a small parking. The rooms have amazing view to the valley. The location is quite handy, close to rhe square of Arahova, close to mini markets and coffee shops, it has taxi slots next to it.
