3.5 is what I'd actually give this place. We have stayed in numerous hotels at Greek beaches. Porfi is certainly better than many. There's just nothing really special about the place. The rooms and bathrooms were sufficiently modernized. The beach area itself is small and the water is a bit rocky. They do have a nice pool area, but it is in definite need of additional and newer umbrellas and chairs...

We had a very relaxing 10 days at this cute little complex. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and around 20 minutes up into the old town. You have a large and beautiful yard, in front of the villa, but you should not allow guests to play football or to make too much nois until late after midnight. I think you should set a quiet program and check from time to time if it is followed.
