Apartment Hotels in Nikiti

Very good place to stay. The host is very kind. It was perfectly clean. It is near beach and on quite street. There is place to park. Thank you.

Very pleasant environment, excellent hospitality, very clean apartment. Cleaning every day was great. The host is very kind. We would like to go back next year.

Overpriced. There is nothing luxury here, only a big fancy picture on the wall. The design is modern with industrial elements. There are no glasses for wine, no microwave... or anything luxurious (except toiletries 😅). The table and the chairs are too ugly to call it luxurious. If it weren't the luxury in the accommodation's name... maybe we wouldn't have expectations... The host is kind, she says...

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful! Everything was spotlessly clean, neat, and thoughtfully arranged – we felt right at home from the very first moment. We especially want to highlight the kindness and hospitality of the host, who welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel more like friends than guests. You can truly feel the care and attention to detail in every corner of...

We recently had the pleasure of staying at an apartment that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. The apartment was impeccably clean—truly the cleanest place we've ever stayed in. Each room was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The delightful fragrance throughout the...

Great place in Nikiti, the host is very friendly and helpful, there was even a gift from her. The apartment is cosy, new, with all needed ammenities and they do daily cleaning which is really nice considering you’re coming from the beach. It’s really worth it!

This apartment is very nice, clean, safe and conveniently located near everything. Restaurants, bar and the beach as soon as you walk out. There's a walkable port along side the beach and many restaurants and beach shops up and down. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a nice drive from the airport and there's many olive groves and olive trees all around. My husband and I truly enjoyed our...

Costa Domus has goid location - Port is

Very nice staff and location.

Cozy place to stay. Good location and hosts.

Amazing hotel for the price. It is very modern and beautiful. It is next to the sea and the restaurant. I highly suggest this place.

Brand new accommodations. Very nice, functional and very close to the beach and restaurants without being in the noise. The emergency exit light in the room can be annoying if you are sensitive to light when you sleep. The bathroom was a bit tight, so no party there as one only can fit. Small kitchen very handy for breakfast but cooking for a family would be an interesting challenge. Everything else...

Wonderful location that offers all the conditions to spend your vacation. Score 10 for all the facilities offered (TV, air conditioning, equipped kitchenette, balcony, super comfortable bed, impeccable cleanliness, wireless, etc.). Thomai, you are a wonderful host. Greetings to the ladies who ensure cleanliness.

One of my favorite hotel in Greece. Peace and quiet in July in Halkidiki- a rare thing to find. Private beach with clear water. Small room but with private jacuzzi. Pet friendly!!! Already booked it for next year , just a bigger room.

Family weekend Many thanks to Nico who made our stay fantastic, the place is 8 of 10 but with Nico 10/10 hope his employer value him as much as we were!

Amantes is an exceptional and a very unique place. The rooms are very modern but the resort is extremely well integrated with the nature around it. The service and the food are amazing, one of the best restaurants in Nikiti. The hygiene is at the highest level, both the resort and the rooms. The staff are very friendly and make your stay very easy. We will definitely come back!

Tonight is our last night here. tomorrow we say goodbye to this little paradise. Amantes has been an unforgettable experience. The peace, the calm, and the breathtaking quiet that surrounds this place made it the perfect getaway. Everything here invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and truly relax. What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. Every single person we met greeted...

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Amantes Villas and Suites. The villa was stunning, the food delicious, and the service impeccable. Every detail was perfect, and the entire staff made us feel truly welcome with their warmth and professionalism. It was a memorable experience that exceeded all expectations, and we sincerely hope to return someday. Highly recommended! – Ligia, Liviu, Luca & Aryanna

Wonderful experience staying at amantes villas and suites for a long weekend. This location is ideal for a peaceful and remote holiday with lovely private spot by the sea. The service was beyond great, the staff was caring, discreet and made our stay perfect! Special thank you to Niko who went above and beyond for us and made the best secret cocktail!

Very clean studios, helpful personnel and everything some mettres from us, all shops and bars, tavernas etc. Parking was great and very comfortable. We were here 4 people (2 adults with two kids) and we had a great time . The morning free coffee in the atrium was the best. Keep it that way. Highly recommented to all either families or singles!

I stayed at this hotel in early June 2024 and was thoroughly impressed. The studio was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, creating a cozy atmosphere that felt like home. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and providing useful information throughout my stay. The strong and reliable WiFi was perfect for both work and leisure, and the convenience of available parking...

Next to the pines on the ouskirts of Metamorfosi... relaxing

I've come to experience what most of the reviews on "boo king" "trip ad visor" "air B&B" and google say: the place is great, the owners keen to please you, always ready to recommend a good Greek tavern. They also prepare very good traditional pastry, sell good ice-cream, good espresso with a smile from Mrs Loxandra. I went there with my wife and 11YO daughter, the mattresses are comfortable,...

Nice, cozy place with great terrace and friendly hosts. Lot of traffic during the day bc it's very close to the sea shore but it also makes it perfectly located. Definitely a recommendation.

Fully equipped studios in Metamorfosi of Halkidiki - Sithonia - Greece. All studios have anatomic beds, fully equipepd kitchen wih fridge, Free - Wi-Fi, Balcony with view, soundproofed, Air condition, Tv etc. From Loxandras's cafe - creperie you can have breakfast on demand, toasts, pies, milk, drinks, pizza, pancakes, waffles, sweats, ice cream, hot dogs etc. In the atrium of Loxandra Studios you...

We stayed at Nikos apartments for 10 nights, two families with 3 kids at the beginning of July. We were impressed with the property and the accommodation amenities. You can rarely see a place where everything is so well equipped and so well organized. The garden is absolutely amazing - full of flowers, palm trees and various plants. This spectacular greenery is filled with the perfect garden furniture...

budget vacation at it's best. building sits on a very very large plot that has everything from shower to bbq, sitting area, playground, well lit parking etc. for families looking to save money, grill and hang out area are great. there is also a beach on walk distance. rooms - as expected in this price range, four beds are crammed into a small space, but that's what I expected. the good thing is that...

Recommendation, a special for family with kids. Safe place with privacy. Location is close to all major beaches. Very nice hosts, all of them. Thanks to Nikos and his main man madam Georgia.

Nikos is amazing! He answered at midnight in our phone call, as we had an issue with an other apartment in the area. He found us a room in his apartments, and immediately we had a clean and cozy room to sleep. Everyone in Nikos Apartments is kind, with a smile, to help or to treat you coffee. Definitely, we will visit it again!

Very clen and neat! The owners are so polite and helpful. The rooms are small and cozy. There are a nice and big garden with kinder play yard. The parking area is wide and great. There are a lot of spaces for everyone.

The place itself was great. It was very fresh and clean, it has everything and the hosts were amazing people! Very polite and responsive. The only reason I give four stars are the mosquitoes that are quite common in the area and the noisy neighbors. It was difficult to rest before midnight.

It would be a 5 star place but there is not enough hot water for basic shower.

We stayed at the newest part of the property. The room was very well designed, we loved the small patio that we had in front, the comfortable bed and the atmosphere - next to the beach. There was also Nespresso machine, so you can enjoy your coffee early morning at the table in front of your room. The beach bar was also very good. The only disappointment was that our room was cleaned just once for...

The best plan for the best beach day ever: clean water, free beach, drinks made by Konstantinos. The staff is so welcome and the go out of their way to make your day. They offer free seating if you order drinks or food, and the best view ever. Definitely a place not to miss!

We have been there, and all good. The owner might be a little bit relax, his property looks great. Take your time man, you did a great job there. Thank you

The hotel is brand new and beautifully designed—everything feels fresh and stylish. It’s perfectly located right next to the beach, and the beach bar is great. A big plus: it’s pet-friendly, which was the reason to choose it. However, the room was only cleaned once during our 4-day stay, which was a major inconvenience. Additionally, in the evening the atmosphere was often disrupted by noisy children...

Dream Boutique Apartments are very pleasant and comfortable for staying with kids. Some gests are Very loud during night in their beds, maybe the sound isolation should be better.

Absolutely 5/5! Very nice, clean and tidy apartments in a good quiet location, with private parking. Everything important is close, starting from the beach, promenade, restaurants, shops. Whenever you meet the people who manage this apart-hotel you will see that they are always smiling and very helpful. This apart-hotel deserves praise in every possible way!

Everything was really nice, only one thing i didn't like, the coffee machine it was very dirty, for that i not even drink coffee there. The rest it was perfect, good service, clean.

Beautiful and large. Balcony. Great stay for the cost. Great location right by Nikiti Beach and dining options. Would definitely recommend.

We are very satisfied with this apartment. Rooms are very clean and they are clean it every day. There is quite enough place for 2 adults and 2 kids. In front of the terrace is very nice garden. Apartments are located close to the beach. You will need less then 5 minuts to the closest one, but I recommend to go to the right side, cause sea and beach are more clear and nicer. Also water is more shallow...

Sparkling clean, great location close to the beach and restaurants.
