Small cozy hotel right on the beach. Spacious Studio and one-bedroom apartments. Two steps from the hotel to the centre of the resort village of Metamorfosi. There are shops, restaurants, bars, and also a large Park area. The hotel is ideal for a comfortable economical family vacation.

Located in Metamorfosi village, 300 m from the bus stop, 80 km from Macedonia airport.

The hotel has 31 rooms.

Consists of a multistory building.

Total area: 10 000 m2.

Beach: public sandy-pebble beach, 100 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee. The beach is 3 km away.

Small and average hotel, no luxury amenities, just a place to sleep and eat during your vacation. Quiet and peaceful, you can have a good sleep there. Clean, but a bit old, it might need some renovation. We usually went to other beaches in Sithonia, because the hotel beach was overcrowded and the sunbeds were always taken very early in the morning, as a guests we never had a chance to have a sunbed during our time there. And probably it's for the best, because the sunbeds were free of charge, the only condition to order beverage or meal from the bar. And the beverages and food were overpriced, honestly, same beverages and food were quite cheaper in the nearby stores. In general, our experience is satisfying, we have nothing much to complain for, the staff was kind and helpful.

Porto Matina is a 3 star hotel by the beach in Metamorphosi Halkidiki. It is a lovely hotel with a restaurant and beach service for families who do not want to spend too much in their holidays having a good time by the beach. Porto Matina offers breakfast and dinner together with their rooms. Furthermore, the bed and umbrellas by the beach are offered for free with the a minimum consumption and drinks and coffee are served on the beach. The hotel is quite big with lovely gardens for the kids to play, parking outside the hotel and views to the sea for some of their rooms in higher floors. Although I had a good time at the hotel I have to admit that the hotel does not refurbishment - Please try to understand that I am not very demanding and an easy going guy. It has reached its limitation. It looks like the hotel has not been touched for 10 or 20 years. it does not look bad and it offers all types of services simply it looks old fashioned. In conclusion, it is a lovely hotel by the beach with a lot of amenities such as breakfast and dinner, free parking, etc. Great place for families.

Friendly stuff and delicious food. The room was very clean and cool. We spent a very nice and reastful vacation. Comfortable for families with children. Amazing garden very near the beach . Just few steps and you are at the beach where you can sit under the umbrella and drink the famous greek frappe.

The staff is always pleasant and wants to help. Everything is clean Food options are really good The hotel has really nice location and their beach is quiet and there's not too much crowd. We'll definitely come again :)

On the last day of our trip, we stayed in this hotel to be on the road. Rooms are clean but it will be better if they invest a little bit in the restaurant. The employees are friendly and the owner of the hotel, which offers breakfast and dinner, loves Turks and Turkey.
