This year it was our 3rd family vacation spent in Hotel Kostas.
Highly recommend!!! Large 2 bedroom apartments with well equipped kitchen and the most important for me: large terrace. You can really enjoy your time sitting on the terrace. Apartments are clean, Wi-Fi is good with fast connection, air conditioning in all rooms (free to use - no additional cost for it). The hotel location is close to the beach and everything you need (restaurants, bakery, market etc.) but still in quite street - two streets away from the promenade street.
Last but not least: Maria and Tomas are very friendly hosts/owners.
It is more than likely that we will return in the coming years.

Very nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms with ample balcony. Close to the sea. Friendly owners. Amenities included a coffee maker, kitchenette and a good sized fridge. Highly recommend.

We spent 10 days in Hotel Kostas, we booked a 2 rooms apartment.
Good location, very good conditions, facilities (elevator, Wi-Fi), the hotel is close to the beach, restaurants and terraces but also quiet area.
Everything was clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the balcony is very large and has outdoor furniture.
We found parking spot in front of the hotel, but bigger parking area is available nearby, within walking distance.
The owners are great people, nice, friendly, listening to guests needs and always ready to help!
As we were there with 3 kids, it happened we needed to see a doctor, we needed some medicine, so on, Mr. Thomas and Ms. Maria were there with full support, which was much appreciated! We felt they really care about the guests!
We consider returning there next summer!

I can't recommend this place enough - the place is wonderful!

I have been visiting Kostas for several years in a row and I can say that the owners are dedicated to their work and have a personal attitude towards the guests.

Clean, well maintained, with good internet, and the owners listen to guests’ recommendations.

I recommend making reservations a few months in advance, as the apartments are quickly run out.

There are not always free parking spaces in front of the hotel, but there is a parking lot nearby and the owners allow you to park there without any problems as guests of Kostas.
