The bathroom had a broken part of the lock and it wouldn't close. We glued it with improvised means. Old and worn furniture, black curtains to the ground, a fire hydrant looking at you from the ceiling, not hidden.
As if someone was in such a hurry that they left their hands while plastering, gluing and running away quickly.
Rusty air conditioners and hair from other guests.
Narrow elevator barely for 2 people with one bag.
I am also attaching photos (if approved).
Maybe the other rooms are better, we don't know!
The hotel is misleading with its reviews, with the cleanliness and the conditions in the room itself.
At least - clean sheets, a soft and comfortable bed, hot water, parking outside because it's at the end of town.

Okish low budget version. Clean room, yet very small. 8-10 minutes walking to the nearest beach with bars.

Only bathroom is OK everything is new. The rooms are very small and no balkony. The hotel is very noise.

We were staying here only for a night. It's a small hotel, pretty new, at the edge of small town Perea, which is in fact Thessaloniki suburbs. There's free parking in front and aside the building. Hotel is pet friendly which was important to us. No reception, but you get email and code from the owner to access your room. Room is very small, but clean and had no issues for one night. Small balcony overlooking the sea which was nice. Bathroom with toiletries and small fridge. Nearest beach is 10 min walk to the left.

The hotel is located in an empty area near the Peraia promenade, benefiting and suffering equally. Is close to the beach - 500 meters but not near other hotels where the parking place is missing. Here is plenty of space and, despite being close to the airport, quite silent.
The room is nicely decorated but the space is scarce. The bathroom has a good size, and in the room there is a big double bed, a fridge plus a nightstand and a luggage table. An LCD tv also.
It's clean and the checkip process was easy. No physical contact with the reception or other staff members.
Good place to stay one night or two, but it's no match for a big familly with childrens.
For us was a perfect accomodation and I plan to visit it again.

Very nice clean hotel beside the sea , I recommend it for people who want to visit the place and enjoy the city . Thessaloniki is very nice city , full of goy , good food and perfect friendly people everywhere.

Location is not so great, about 500 meters from the beach. The room was clean with clean towels. The tiny bathroom has very little space between the open shower and the toilet. Mini bar stands next to the head of the bed. Although we were two people there was only one little shampoo tube.
