Milonas House Apartments Apart-Hotel in Paralia Dionysiou

A very pleasant place to stay

We stayed at Milonas House for a few days and were satisfied with everything. The room was clean, well-equipped, with a kitchen and a balcony. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and there are shops and taverns nearby.

The hosts were friendly and helpful when needed. Luisa is nice:)

A good option for a peaceful seaside holiday.

We have been visiting Milonas House Apartments for years and are fascinated by the hospitality and cleanliness. Wonderful location, about 50 m. from a bakery, gyros, super market and of course the beach with both a free area and beach areas with umbrellas and sun loungers, bars with all kinds of food and drinks. Thank you Mr. Tassos and we highly recommend it!

We had such a wonderful stay at Milonas House Apartments. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely balcony that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. What really stood out to us was the warmth and friendliness of the staff—they went above and beyond, which truly made the experience feel special and memorable. The location couldn’t have been better. The beach was just a short 2-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sea whenever we wanted. Plus, there were plenty of local shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, which made exploring the area both fun and convenient. I would 100% come back here again and will definitely be recommending Milonas House Apartments to all of my friends and family. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere!

The most beautiful place in Paralia Dionisio. Hygiene is at a very high level. Close to the beach and a step away from the center. Thank you, Thasos, we felt at home.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean and the host’s attitude was incredibly welcoming. There are great restaurants nearby with delicious food, and the hotel is located close to the sea. We came here for the second time, stayed almost a month, and will definitely return again. Highly recommended by our whole family!

The place is amazing. We had everything we need. We parked in front of the place peacefully. The hosts are very welcoming and nice people and always made sure we get all what we need. Rooms are nice, big, AC, bathroom towels and balcony. Prices are very reasonable and close to everything Highly recommend.

Very nice place everything is clean the people are very kind the hotel is very close to everything you need and also very close to the beach

The place is pleasant, clean and designed with esthetics in mind.

It's near a small market, two bakeries and farmacy, which we found to be quite useful.

Thasos the manager is very polite, helpful on couple of occasions and easy to talk to person each time we needed something to ask.

Luisa which was taking care of cleaning the apartment and changing the sheets and towels, was doing her duty exemplary and she was proactively keeping our room in great condition (cleaned our used pot and noticed herself that a fourth chair was missing and brought it to our room).😊

Clean property with amazing host

Good place close to the beach and the best tavern, with good air-conditioning. Needs bigger bathrooms.
