We have rented a appartment in the beginning of Oktober, It was realy hard to get in contact With Nilie Hospitality. The location was good, but thats the only positve about this Rental agency. There was a kitchen but no plates, utencils, glasses or even coffeecups. There was a coffeemachine but you could not pour yourself a cup while there was none. And only One cooking pan! That is not why you will rent a appartment. Comunication with the rental agency is basically 0, we would not recomend this to anyone. the extractor Hood exited in the cupboard which was empty but send the fumes straight in the appartment. We would say DONT RENT HERE.

The TV remote wasn't in the room. The air conditioner remote was there, but it wasn't working.

The location was great, but very noisy. Not satisfied, although the staff reacted very quickly. The kettle was very dirty, and the replacement was broken. No frying pan was provided. The windows were dirty. The price was very good for two people for four days.

Very quiet. The elevator is broken, the bedclothes have blood stains, the entrance and stairs are very dirty, there's poop in the building, and homeless people are hanging out in the hallway and on the stairs.
We booked a week but only stayed one night until we booked another apartment.
The area is quite dangerous in the evenings.
Not recommended. Stay away.

The building and structure are in dilapidated condition; not even the entrance has any pretensions. The seemingly beautiful presentation of the apartments is deceptive. The shower is moldy, with a broken showerhead detached from the pipe. The sink faucet is mounted backwards. The building is not properly secured. The stairwell has no night lights from the 6th floor onward, where the apartments are located. The elevator lacks emergency call buttons (they're detached from the floor plan control panel). The kitchen is equipped with appliances, but not even a single roll of toilet paper. Only one roll of toilet paper! I don't understand how *********** doesn't check these conditions.

Avoid this place!
Awful place. Awful building. The apartment was renovated but you could tell it wad done on the cheapest and faster way. Way misleading photos, the flat was much smaller.

Unsafe place, the building is like in the horor with homeless in front of it. The door of the building is always open , the eleveator doesnt work even the accomodation is on the 6th floor. During the chek in date doesn`t answer on message and the room didnt be ready on time. The contact number is unavailable and everything with this accomodation is strange and unsafe. They

Very nice, comfortable and clean apartment with good facilities, very close to city centre. Plenty of bars, shops and restaurants all around.

Flat is in the epicenter of Thessaloniki nightlife. It is well equipped and staff is reliable.
