Location: in the village of Benitses, 50 m from bus stop, 3 km from the Palace Achilleon, 12 km from from the center of Corfu town and the airport.

The hotel has 32 rooms.

Beach: public pebble beach 70 m from the hotel, 2 line. Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee.

Yes great position restaurants bars right out side not rowdy ! Some great restaurants beach about 20 meters away bus stop. Taxi s right out side the hotel ! Kostos Chris. THE SON. WIFE. absolutely fantastic people the hotel very clean but basic rooms breakfast ok (I really do not have breakfast apart from coffee ). But over all good hotel and everything you need right on your door step ! Ps out the gate turn left coffee bar and bar great for beers at night. ERIC. the owner great entertainment enjoy

Between the pizzeria and the pharmacy behind an iron gate is a simple hotel that offers very clean basic rooms, a refrigerator and air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The people are kind, Costa and his wife are very kind and generous. The location is excellent, surrounded by excellent restaurants and nautical activities, sailing, etc.

The owner Kostas was so nice. He treats everyone with kindness and my son loves him. Everyday he greets my son and made him feel special. However, the breakfast needs more improvement, not much of options needs fruits etc.

The bathroom is so small, that you can't have a normal shower. The water pressure is poor also, you can't wash your hair. The room was cleaned, but for morning ants were walking in the bed. The door is terrible, as you were in a cellar. The breakfast is also interesting. You can eat burnt toast or cake with some cheese, butter or jam.

The staff is friendly. Rooms clean and reasonably neat. Location 7/10. free parking although it is difficult to get to it. Breakfast and dinner tragic (quality of products 1/10 - I do not recommend to use breakfast in this hotel), swimming pool clean renovated (2021). Next to the hotel, excellent restaurants, stores, rentals, police, first aid station.

A very pleasant, friendly and cheap place to spend your vacation close to marina and main promenade. It's fantastic starting point for your journey.
Really nice and reliable service - You can feel at home there. The rooms are cleaned every day and the brandet product is DELICIOUS, tasty and cheap lunches ;)
This hotel only has 2 cons - rooms are a bit old and brekfast could be more varied but I still recomended.

I recommend to everyone! :-)

+ daily room cleaning (except Sundays),
+ air-conditioned rooms,
+ beautiful view from the balcony (sunrise over the harbor),
+ nice yard and pool,
+ close to the beach,
+ there are many restaurants and shops within 200-300 meters,
+ nice owners and friendly house dog.

- use of the swimming pool at night is prohibited,
- breakfast is not varied enough,
- low water pressure in the bathroom.

Very nice place. The food is really tasty. They clean the room every day. Only maybe the wi fi signal it's not so strong. I recommend this place for sure.

Excellent for the price, nice family run hotel across the street from the beach. Very clean. Sheets and towels replaced daily. Kostas and his family are always nice and try to accommodate every requests. Highlight is homemade dinner that you order in the morning and Kostas purchase fish in the local market to prepare for you in the evening,
