The hotel is perfectly pleaaant but lacks the nuanced touches of a genuine 5 star. Some ameneties such as the playground and playarea are tired but the food in the restaurants is hearty and satisfying. Our room with a pool was lovely for a family of three and modern.

Amazing, very family friendly resort, sparkling clean, very friendly staff, amazing food, mini club, animation team-all was great. Rooms of a great size, special thanks to our cleaner. We’ve stayed with own pool and it was of a great size, very private, we could relax by the pool while our baby slept inside.

A great hotel for families A great hotel, with lots of activities and entertainment for kids both big and small. The food options are great, and as a vegan I had a number of options every meal which is different to usual holiday locations. The new and old buildings mean there's plenty of space for everyone and you can always find a sunbed

Beautiful room (superior maisonette) with plenty of room for a family of 4. Great pools, particularly in the newer blocks for swimming (lane pool), food was good but not excellent. Entertainment was good, particularly the music quiz, acrobats and Greek night. Drinks service was good too and much better if you do the upgrade package which we did part way through our holiday. Is in a relaxing area with beachfront views and includes 3 restaurants and 2 heated pools nice and r laxing hotel we will come again for sure!

Really pleasant stay. Can't fault anything really location amazing children's disco daily. Nice rooms clean and comfortable bed. We were all inclusive but midway we upgraded to all inclusive plus as the drinks weren't great but that is pretty typical for all inclusive so no issues there. The hotel is in a great place and is very clean. Food is more than acceptable and staff are efficient. We had a sea view and it does not get any sun due to the north facing. However in the summer that might be a blessing. The bathroom was just about adequate with a small shower and they had put in a small extra bed as we needed separate beds. I came here for one day on a charged for day pass costing 32 euros. I caught the bus from Chania. What a TREAT! I was allowed to use the indoor and outdoor pools beteen 10 am until 6 pm. The hotel location was amazing next to the beach and close to the airport . My room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast for any tasks I needed to do with sea view.The food was so warm and tasty also the drinks from the bars very good.The staff is so friendly specially kostas lifeguard!!We will come back 100%

Fantastic owner, simple and clean with all what you need, original decorations, great location 50m from beach, restaurants, large public parking around 60m away. On Friday and Saturday night loud music from the city center.

Great family owned hotel. We had nice large apartment with sea view. Our apartment and all hotel facilities were very clean. Hotel is just few meters from the nice sandy beach. Owner is very nice person and very helpful :) we had a great stay!

A simple, cozy place, but in a great location and very quiet. Very close to the beach; it is ideal as a base for visiting the western part of Crete and returning to a quiet place every evening. Recommended.
