Amazing, very family friendly resort, sparkling clean, very friendly staff, amazing food, mini club, animation team-all was great. Rooms of a great size, special thanks to our cleaner

The food options are great, and as a vegan I had a number of options every meal which is different to usual holiday locations

We’ve stayed with own pool and it was of a great size, very private, we could relax by the pool while our baby slept inside

The new and old buildings mean there's plenty of space for everyone and you can always find a sunbed

My 5 year old loved the kids club and activities. Pools were lovely temperature (though the water slides one was cold) All inclusive wasn’t the best I’ve had

Very nice place, close to a beautiful beach, close by good price efficient food. The rooms are clean and nicly equipped. Awesome and very friendly staff. We will be back :) My only "complaint": I like softer beds more

We had nice large apartment with sea view. Our apartment and all hotel facilities were very clean. Hotel is just few meters from the nice sandy beach. Owner is very nice person and very helpful :) we had a great stay!

Fantastic owner, simple and clean with all what you need, original decorations, great location 50m from beach, restaurants, large public parking around 60m away

The Blue Elephant is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. My boyfriend and I arrived at the beginning of June for a week and it was quiet and relaxing

Our room was perfect and we had the most amazing views! The hotel is clean, room was always cleaned daily and the food in the restaurant was so tasty. There is plenty of parking if you choose to hire a car

The hotel is not too busy, with plenty of sun beds available. The bottles of water are replenished daily for the room, and the staff at the pool bar always made sure we could have water by the pool

I visit my cousin who is working there and we had dinner with my friend at the restaurant. The view of Almyrida beach and the village from the restaurant was very beautiful and peaceful

10/10 hotel! The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. The room was beautiful with a private pool, and breakfast offered every morning.

You are able to rent out cars and explore the area more. The breakfast was the same every day however there was a good choice - toast, cereal, egg, bacon, beans and pastries

Lunch was ok there was always pasta, meat, potatoes, salad and bread. The dinner choice is the same as the lunch however the desserts were ok. The rooms were fine and had everything which was needed in them

My room was cleaned every day and I was given new towels every two days. The staff at the hotel are very nice and it was explained to us that new management have recently just taken over and they are making changes

Pool and pool area was great! Almost always a sum chair available and the pool itself worked great for all ages, toddlers, young adults and adults. Service was great! Lots of personnel who were always kind and helpful

I stayed here for one week at the end of September, the weather was amazing a lot hotter than what I thought it would be. We stayed all inclusive which was great

Had everything you'd want and with good quality. Dinner is very good with a four course menu every night (one starter, one main course, one pasta and a dessert). All served in small appetizing portions

Maybe the furniture is a little old fashioned but given the reasonable price paid , it makes you realise that you don’t need a boutique feel to the rooms , and the hospitality received from the owner Antonis far outways the material things

Apartments in the centre of the village, right by bakery. Short walk to supermarkets gift shops, tavernas and the beach. Most things needed for basic drink and food prep. Antonis is lovely and very helpful

Stayed for 10 nights end September into October in a studio. Very big with everything you could need , small kitchen supplied with washing liquid , dining table , hairdryer , iron and board

We had breakfast included and was more than plentiful, either served as a buffet or to your table individually, depending on the number of guests , some opted self catering

Large tiled bathroom with shower over bath. Comfortable twin beds , cleaned to a high standard every day. Effective & quiet air conditioning included

Even during our arrival, when our suitcase with our wedding dress was lost at the airport, the owners Elena and Nikos did not hesitate to help and called the airport in Chania to find out where the suitcase was and how we would eventually be able to get it so that we could have the dress for our wedding

The room has modern amenities and a balcony with a sea view. My wife and I enjoyed dinner from local restaurants on the balcony in the evenings and listened to the sound of the waves

The apartments are so well equipped and the showers in the bathroom are fantastic. The lil tavernas line the path along the sea front and every one of them, without exception was so friendly and welcoming

If you are going to Crete and want accommodation somewhere in the perfect middle by the sea between larger cities like Chania or Rhetymno, Almyrida is a great choice

We stayed in a first floor, sea-view apartment for 2 weeks and had the best experience ever! Best location, beautiful modern apartment well-appointed and maintained, clean with regular and flexible service, if needed

This accommodation caught our attention from the first look at the photos. It offered a sea view, a modern interior and private parking in the accommodation area

Amazing family-like hotel, with cosy rooms, friendly atmosphere, AC inside, clean and spacious rooms and the dog on board! The beach is just around the corner, as well as all of the markets, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy

Great location near the beach , with all convenience , Katerina is a fantastic Hostess ever so helpful and friendly. The appartments are well equiped, very confortable, with a balcony. I keep coming back , every year.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully arranged, and fully equipped with everything we needed

Very spacious, nice decor, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Good choice for breakfast, however the hot options weren't hot enough. Roof top pool and bar is a nice area

Lovely little resort and great restaurants. Room nice and easy access to rooftop bar. Breakfast was ok and enjoyed pancakes. Would go to this resort/hotel again

Additionally, the safe in my room wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best

The hotel staff were so caring to me and made my remaining days of the holiday as comforting as possible. Despite the unfortunately sad circumstances. I hope to visit next year and see all the lovely staff once again

There are sister hotels and all guests can use the facilities at all of them. Lots of good restaurants nearby but the food here is very good

When we arrived, we were told about a stomach bug that i caught on day 2 and my wife day 3, which took us both 2 days to get over. The pools are very cold in both hotels, which we tried twice

The beach is a cove never over crowded and the water is crystal clear and shallow for a long way. Plenty of little shops and places to eat out in this little village. Breakfast in the hotel was good, tasty

Not spoilt for choice but plenty for whatever your tastes. Pool area is great always get a bed. But we mostly went to the beach. There’s a car hire place nearby and a trip to Chania Old Town is an absolute must do

The design of the hotel is excellent, it is not too large, and set our perfectly around the pool, which was beautiful to swim or relax in, in its warm but cooling waters

This was one of many hotels we looked at but after so many positive reviews about the hotel and the staff it was a no brainer to book and we weren’t disappointed

Our room was spotlessly clean, extremely comfy beds & pillows and as we were in an end room (316) we had the most fabulous view of the mountains, pool and sea! Fresh bottled water daily as well which was a bonus! I will say that the shower was wonderful, the only little niggle being I couldn’t reach the high bathroom window to open it to let the steam out

The pool is fantastic, one of the best, quite deep, I couldn’t touch the bottom at 5ft 3 but it’s perfect for swimming, very refreshing

Lovely Host will look after you to meet all your needs. 5' (by car) to nearest village and beach. Bit further down east warm sea with plenty of beaches to explore. Rethymno within 20' relaxing drive

Very spacious and modern apartment. Well equipped kitchen and air conditioned rooms. Few steps away to lovely swimming pool (open 8am-8pm). Taverna just outside the house

I notified them about my late transfer on my final day and the manager offered us a late check out free of charge! This is definitely a repeat destination and will be back when I next get the chance! Highly recommend

This was my first time in Greece and this place met all my expectations. Very peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Modern and clean rooms, clean gym, pools and enough loungers. Great breakfast and fine dining dinner

We also had access to their sister hotel which is a big resort where we had access to their private beach, spa, entertainment and restaurants on site. The team here were lovely and did everything to cater to us

Several days later a young member of the staff helped out and I got the app in English which helped a lot! On our first evening we went to the bar for a drink before dinner but were asked to go straight to our table and then given the menus

Our room had the noise and smell of the kitchen extractor fan outside it. 30am I was woken up by the fan beginning its work for the day. That was accompanied by the smell of food cooking most of the day

From the moment we arrived at Georgioupolis Beach Hotel, we were in heaven. The rooftop restaurant is truly unforgettable, between the sea views, the golden sunset, and the incredible food, it felt like a dream

The GBH has a stunning pool area surrounded by palms and the sound of waves in the background, a beautiful spa, and the best gelato on the island

With the balcony door shut we could hear nothing outside so good soundproofing. Our room had a queen bed and a second room with kitchen and convertible settee in to another bed

Excellent cleaning programme daily with bins emptied, beds made, floors cleaned etc. Small carpack to one side of the appartments but on a first come first served basis

Excellent choice for a Georgioupoli stay. Perfectly located above a supermarket in Georgioupoli square. 5 well appointed appartments which appear to be fairly new

I had such a nice welcome from the girl in the shop, who even carried my bags for me :) The balcony looked over the little square which was bustling on an evening and had some lovely restaurants

This was the first time we had stayed here, we always thought it would be an ideal place to stay but didn't think we could afford it due to its position in the centre of the square

Also a seperate bathroom with walk in shower/toilet. Kitchen had a variety of appliances; microwave, 2 ring electric hob, fridge with small freezer section, toaster, kettle etc

We went there for dinner and got in love for the place and service. They offer a beautiful type of tent at the beach and the waitress are super attentive, friendly and efficient

We ate at their restaurant by the beach. They have cozy private tables which creates a romantic vibe. The food was delicious. They can use fairy lights at the tables at night instead of white ones!
