Very nice house to rent for vacations. Just a 2 minutes walk from the beach in a quiet green area just outside Alexandroupoli. 2 bedrooms with large double beds. Complete kitchen area and fireplace in the living room.

Firstly , this hotel is not a beach hotel. There is no beach belongs to this hotel or beach services. You need to walk down to seaside with your umbrella and equipments. This i need to inform in advance. We couldn’t get our room on time and waited 1 hour. Thanks to reception team for their smiling face but i prefer to have ready room at promised time. One of the best at town, clean and very well designed room with good styling and also really helpful and talented staff. We stayed only 1 night but it was great. The most beautiful and enjoyable option to stay in Dedeağaç. We stayed twice. We will choose it again, it is a unique hotel with a varied and delicious breakfast, clean and adequately sized rooms.

We were 2 families staying. There was free water in the other friends' rooms. There was no water in our room. When we asked the reception about this, we got a shocking response saying "If you want free water, drink it from the fountain". I will not stay at this hotel again because of this misleading.

Everything was ok except the pool. It was extremely dirty. literally, visible dirt. The water clearly has not been treated in a long time. I have never seen a pool so dirty. I would recommend swimming in the sea rather than using the hotel pool.

I was arrived to hotel to check-in around 1 pm which was about 2 hrs, however the front desk didn't let me to check in cause it was early, however it was a low season and hotel was so much quiet enough though . I do recognize their policy for checking time, however front desk lady was lied that the room was already in process of cleaning by room service (which was nothing but a big tricky lie)

Pretty impressed by the good breakfast. Due to Covid they served it in the room. The pictures online match the reality. Although it is on the main road you do not hear much traffic, but you are very quick in the town centre. Finally a hotel with big towels and more than one pillow. I highly recommend it and would gladly come back.

Clean and cozy hotel. Nearby center - about 10mins by foot. Nearby beach. Free parking in their courtyard. Continental breakfast and enough for a breakfast. It is my second time at this hotel and I recommend it.

A clean hotel with basic accommodation. The rooms were clean and the view was OK (the room we booked looks on the central street). The Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable and the toilets were a bit small. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It has no parking, though there are parking spots in the streets around (not so easy to find).

Very clean and conviniently located

We paid a very descent 40€ for one night for a 2-bed room. It is in the center or the city and the rooms are simple and pretty and have app you expect from a hotel of that range. Nothing more nothing less. (Warm water, good beds, simple small pretty rooms, air conditioning, fridge, soap, WiFi) Good choice.

Erika has outdone herself! The renovations were apparently changed everything that was old and replaced it with hip, cool, new and quality. Even the cutlery at the breakfast was new. And yes, they kept the bougatza at the breakfast; bravo!

I stayed at Erika several times and always had a very positive experience. It has a perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms, a nice view, and comfortable beds. The breakfast is good especially bougatsa creates the difference. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always available for their guests.

We booked this room last minute (at 3am) just to have somewhere to spend the night, and the room was impeccable, the staff was really nice and patient. The breakfast was the best we've had in a while and the workers all spoke to us in Turkish 👍🏼 would definitely recommend

It has very clean rooms and a central location. The employees are very attentive and helpful. You feel like you are at your own home. It will be our permanent address when we come to Dedeagac. You can travel without parking problems. Almost all of the employees speak Turkish, so you will not have any problems.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is actually quite sufficient for 2-3 day visits. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works properly, the bathroom and toilet are a bit narrow but sufficient. The staff seems to be a bit more distant according to Greek hospitality. But we did not experience any unpleasantness, the breakfast was also quite sufficient. A building in front of the balconies that is not visible in any official picture from the hotel. For the price and the pictures you can assume that you are right on the main street... That's not the case. Other than that it's close to basically everything. Convenience store, bars, beach etc...

I presumed that it will be very bad but it was beyond our expectations. Yes, hotel is very old furnished but who cares for two star hotel. They clean rooms everyday and by request which is very helpfull. We watched full Moon and sunrise from our small balcony. Its very good located. Staff is very lovely. Lovely place to enjoy the beach... There are BBQ stands available for enjoying the beach and weather with grill. Amazing staff, the lady at the office speaks Turkish very well (Mia). It was hard to leave the hotel, I strongly recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy amazing beach.

Cos to the fact that I didn't spend much time the only negative that I found is the fact that while the rooms are on the 1st floor there is no elevator to get you up. Only stairs !
