Firstly , this hotel is not a beach hotel. There is no beach belongs to this hotel or beach services. You need to walk down to seaside with your umbrella and equipments. This i need to inform in advance. We couldn’t get our room on time and waited 1 hour. Thanks to reception team for their smiling face but i prefer to have ready room at promised time. I had a massage from Sofia at this hotel and it was an incredible experience, Sofia’s hands are healing and it really makes you feel amazing. I felt light as cotton after the massage. If I stay at this hotel again, the first thing I will do is to have a massage from Sofia🫶

The location is excellent, right in front of the sea, yet still within walking distance of the city centre without the urban pressure. The hotel areas, including the lobby, cafe, and rooms, are tasteful and exude a sense of luxury. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful.

I had a long-term stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast buffet offers a good selection. What truly made my stay outstanding were the sports massages and hot stone therapies by Theodora. Her high-quality treatments truly turned it into a five-star experience. Excellent stay — highly recommended!

It's begining to show its age but we had a good time. The room was nice and quiet with a private mini pool, nice sea view and the hotel is within a walking distance from the downtown area. There isn't much to see in the city but if you wish to just chill, rest and enjoy, this is the perfect place.

The most beautiful and enjoyable option to stay in Dedeağaç. We stayed twice. We will choose it again, it is a unique hotel with a varied and delicious breakfast, clean and adequately sized rooms.

We were 2 families staying. There was free water in the other friends' rooms. There was no water in our room. When we asked the reception about this, we got a shocking response saying "If you want free water, drink it from the fountain". I will not stay at this hotel again because of this misleading.

We went to Alexandroupoli mainly for the sea, but the hotel's pool was actually quite comfortable. We stayed on a full board basis. The full board menu was a bit more limited compared to the restaurant's regular offerings. The same meals tended to repeat, so we ended up eating out 1-2 nights. It would be nice if the menu was refreshed at least once a week with a few new options. After 3-4 nights...

I was arrived to hotel to check-in around 1 pm which was about 2 hrs, however the front desk didn't let me to check in cause it was early, however it was a low season and hotel was so much quiet enough though . I do recognize their policy for checking time, however front desk lady was lied that the room was already in process of cleaning by room service (which was nothing but a big tricky lie)

Modern, stylish, and minimal decoration — even the hangers were thoughtfully designed. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was well-curated with tasty options. I actually prefer a limited variety to avoid unnecessary waste.

Me and my 9 yo daughter enjoyed this quiet and lovely hotel for 2 nights. It has the perfect location, very clean and well equipped rooms ( Nespresso machine was a plus but no hairdryer) and lovely staff ( especially Mrs. Athena) Thank you for everything. We will be coming back for sure.

The hotel is clean, by the sea, close to the center and all facilities are sufficient. The staffs are helpful, the hotel owner even repaired a broken part of our car :) You need to eat or drink something to use sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. I don't understand the bad comments. An ideal accommodation for a non-luxurious but trouble free, enjoyable holiday.

The location is great, with easy and free parking available. Prices are reasonable. However, some rooms are located next to the pool bar, which means there’s little peace and quiet. Room 109 is particularly problematic — the bar’s fridges are placed just outside the window, resulting in constant noise, no privacy, and no way to get fresh air. Bathrooms are tiny in the family rooms. In my room the curtain didn't close quite well and the whole bathroom was a mess after each shower. There is no place to dry your towels - no balcony or something. You can put it out in the yard but then all cars drive nearby in the dirt and chances are your towel will get dirtier. They have a beach bar but no real lunch options. Just a sandwich and even that...

The hotel is close to the city centre and very close to the seaside, also close to a lot of cafes and bars so, location wise it's spot on. The staff were all very courteous, friendly and accomodating. The room I stayed in was a single and a very small one at that but it was serviceable. Not lavish but for a night or two it was fine albeit it lacked both the space and any extra amenities and sadly...

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is actually quite sufficient for 2-3 day visits. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works properly, the bathroom and toilet are a bit narrow but sufficient. The staff seems to be a bit more distant according to Greek hospitality. But we did not experience any unpleasantness, the breakfast was also quite sufficient. It is a complete price-performance hotel

A building in front of the balconies that is not visible in any official picture from the hotel. For the price and the pictures you can assume that you are right on the main street... That's not the case. Other than that it's close to basically everything. Convenience store, bars, beach etc...

Very friendly and helpful owner. We did had later check in , he waited for us greeted. There is private secure parking in from of the hotel, so we could leave our car just right next to the hotel door. We god good room on the second floor with small balcony and sea view, and even we stayed for one night, it was nice to get this view anyway. Small, cozy and clean.. Since the hotel is between the port side and the main street, you can park by the port and walk to the hotel.. It's 5-8 min away from the 'cool' part of the seaside with bunch of restaurants..

Okay for a short stay. Good location and nice, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms - okay. Extremely tiny, the sink was blocked, and the shower was leaking. The door in the shower was half broken. The breakfast was way too expensive for the things we got. Definitely NOT recommend to order breakfast in the hotel. It was just an egg with few slices of cheese, few pieces of cucumbers and the rest - difference...

The staff are friendly. The shower in the bathroom is a bit cramped.

Luckily we checked in late and left early. An average room. No thick curtains, shutters don't close. The huge lights outside are inside the room. We made curtains out of blankets. It's an apart hotel but there's a warning not to use the kitchen for security reasons. A shower tray that's way below standards. It's impossible to wash without getting stuck to the bathroom curtain and getting the floor...

The apartment was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were very clean. Since I had no other expectation besides cleanliness, I found it quite successful for its price.
