Arrived here without a booking and got a good clean twin room for a good price. Reception was excellent and told us everything we needed to know. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection and excellent coffee! The shower was hot and powerful but needs a better shower tray. This one was over the bath, in the wrong position, with very little space to manoeuvre. That said, overall, it is a good hotel, conveniently located for the hospital, close enough to the city, yet far enough away to be nice and peaceful.

The Location was very good because it had a big parking spot, which included wheelchair spots and charging spots for eletric vechiles. It had a really nice roundabout in the entrance and the reception was very nice. The staff was helpful and the room was enourmous it was divided by a living room that had 2 big couches and a massive tv, there was a another room which a had a king size bed and another small tv, the bathroom had a spacious jakuzi , and the hotel management staff gave us a really nice gift. You also had a lot of opportunities while eating breakfast.
Lastly it had a spacious pool which we saw from the balcony. In conclusion i really appreciate the gift and the pleasent stay.

The hotel is nice, the parking, the position are great. The services are really good: helpful staff, really clean rooms. However, the rooms need improvement. The bathrooms have dirty bathtubs and they smell. The pool is nice but it has only a small portion under 2 meters. The breakfast is okay you have plenty of options. It's good price for the money to be honest. Nice gesture is candies and wine on arrival.

We went to Alexandroupoli mainly for the sea, but the hotel's pool was actually quite comfortable. We stayed on a full board basis.
The full board menu was a bit more limited compared to the restaurant's regular offerings. The same meals tended to repeat, so we ended up eating out 1-2 nights.
It would be nice if the menu was refreshed at least once a week with a few new options. After 3-4 nights, having the same dishes for lunch and dinner gets a bit boring.
That said, the food was very tasty and the portions were generous — we couldn’t even finish our plates sometimes.

It depends for what you are coming. Ideal for business trips and as a stop for historical landmarks visit in the area.
It is a bit aside from Alexandropolis and you need a car, taxi or to take a bus. The hotel is nice as acomodition and service. A drawback is the lack of seafood in the restaurant menu and there is not retsina at all.
The parking lot is huge. The swimming pool is clean and big enough.

Quality desk and restaurant service. Although a short stay ,staff was Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

We stayed at this hotel in December while we were driving across Europe back to the UK. They accepted our dog and have a car park which were the main reasons we booked here. The hotel is situated away from the centre of Alexandroupoli but that didn’t bother us as we were on a driving trip. The room was spacious and comfortable. There weren’t many people staying at the hotel at all but they still served us a tasty dinner. The breakfast was okay - not amazing but not bad. I imagine when the hotel is busier the breakfast is more lavish. Overall the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Decent hotel - poor check in and check out timings
Quite nice hotel and with pleasant staff. It was short trip of a few day but it’s clean and has a fantastic and included hot buffer breakfast
The only spoiler for me was that we requested as late check out and were advise that yes no problem you can have an additional 20 mins lol. Pathetic really given that check out was already an hour earlier than normal at 11am with a 3pm check in. They could train their staff better on this subject as would be best to say that there’s no late checkouts instead of this insult.
