Above all, the culture of all the staff was amazing, ranging from cleaners and gardeners through to wait-team in restaurants and on the beach, through to management and the Guest Services team

First time at an Ikos hotel……we will return. Ikos Olivia was excellent in every way: the quality and variety of restaurants, the accommodation, the beautiful grounds and the overall ambience

We requested baby cots, baby bath, baby mat , sterelizator and bottle warmer - and it was all provided as we arrived at the hotel As 4 am. Great service from deluxe team, thank to Antonia, Eleni, Smaro and Despina

As a retired couple we stayed for two weeks in early September so missed any pressure from crowding by families with school-age children, which some reviews have mentioned

We had the most amazing two bedroom deluxe bungalow with a sea view which was more than comfortable for 4 adults and two kids

The receptionist Kiki is such a bonus to the hotel so polite as with many other staff members, like vivikar(probably spelt wrong) who works in the restaurant, another huge bonus to the hotel,along with the Manager such politeness goes along way

I have been here with my family for a week on all inclusive. We were delighted by the food. It was honestly good quality fresh food. We also had an amazing time thanks to Maya, Sara & the entertainment team

The food and cleanliness of hotel is second to none,everywhere is absolutely spotless, I would suggest visiting afytos a stunning little village,the hotel runs a bus to there on Tuesdays at 9 and pick up 12,if that is not enough time for you to explore ,a taxi will cost roughly €30 back to the hotel

They also run a children's club,which all the little children seemed to have enjoyed,we no small children with us,so cannot give more information. Sunsets are absolutely Amazing

The hotel beach is also quite nice and clean. The staff are on the whole very friendly. The only thing which is not great is wifi. It gets disconnected frequently

Clean pool, clean and useful gym, one of the most beautiful beaches with natural shade, good food (perhaps a slightly better choice of food for dinner). All in all, we will definitely visit this hotel again

Food is delicious and various, the rooms are clean and spacious. There is nicely organized entertainment for hotel guests both during the day and in the evening. The hotel staff is very polite

It is a normal hotel for Greece , almost good:) Only problem we have faced is that there is not park place at all.

Very peacefully place,near Kavala. Rooms ,beds,cleanliness are satisfying. Food in hotels restaurant is tasty but not so various. Beach is ok,not so crowded despite locals who often come over during weekend

The only thing is that bathrooms should be definitely refurbished - I can't imagine how a guy just a bit stouter that me can use the toilet seat

Hotel is not bad, at the time I was there water was clear and nice. Water heater in rooms is not so good, not enough hot water for 2 people. If you need shower - you got 2 minutes. lol after that water is cold

We really appreciated the dining concept – a buffet-style restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and a charming tavern for lunch

the fact that the bar in all inclusive offers only 3 coctails and mojito is not included was disappointed for me

The drinks/wine included in “all inclusive package” is average and the rooms- depends in which building you are lucky to get one

In terms of animation I took part in waterpolo match what was great activity, everyday the hotel organizes activities also for adults and children - I believe that parents should be fine with the infrastructure for their children

The gym is a small room with 3 jogging bands (2 out of which don’t work) and a few workout machines, but a very small space. The beach was a huge disappointment. Overall was not bad but wouldn’t go there again

Regarding to the food the cuisine is variety and everybody find something to itself, however the offer of fresh fruits was poor - only apples, peaches and watermelon

Renovated, clean, warm and spacious rooms. Literally two steps from the sea. Very convenient rooms with comfortable bunk beds for children. Great variety at breakfast and lunch

The hotel is on the beach. Great location, good food and nice bar. We come back second time and this is a great family spot.

Absolutely loved it here,beautiful place to visit. The hotel was very clean and tidy,can't fault it. The drinks at the bar were a bit disappointing,as we were all inclusive. Our bedroom was a bit out dated needs a revamp

The hotel was quiet and peaceful, surrounded by pine trees. I was especially happy that there were hardly any mosquitoes or bugs, something I really appreciated. But the ants are unforgiving if you leave crumbs

Very nice hotel on top of the hill, why the nights are particularly pleasant. Rooms are fine, but bathrooms need to be updated, actually to remove the shower curtains and put regular cabins instead

There was an area right outside the hotel that the staff showed us and we didn't have to look for a parking space. If I visit Halkidiki again, I’d definitely consider staying here again

The rooms were clean and serviced daily. Despite the furnishings weren’t brand new, everything was in good condition and the air conditioning worked well

Loved the pool area and the fact that there are beds at all times. You do not need to fight for them. Food is great, portions generous

One other thing to note: there are many lovely restaurants around the big resort - including the beautiful marina - where you can eat a set menu as part of your board arrangements

What we didn’t know is all these restaurants book up early so you need to book way in advance of your stay

We visited Sani Beach last year with one child and are so excited to visit again a year later with our second child too

It wasn’t a massive problem for me (hardy adult male), but my toddler was freezing in minutes, which is difficult when you’ve got a toddler who loves water as much as they do! It didn’t stop us having a great time, but it took the edge off what would otherwise have been an almost perfect stay

The room was near the 'top' of the resort, which is on a large hill down to the sea. This wasn't a problem for us as we're in relative health but make sure you bear this is mind if you need something more accessible

We made frequent use of the golf-cart-type shuttle to get around the resort, which is necessary when you're having to go between the 27 restaurants! The staff at the resort in general could not do enough for you and honestly, made the trip lovely

Service level was amazing a few years ago and went down a bit but is still fine. The only thing they never figured out is the reservation system for the restaurants and the e-concierge

We arrived with a private transfer from the airport, which was wonderful (thank you George!) and the welcome at the hotel was lovely. Our room at Sani Club was a Deluxe Double Garden Room with Sea View

The room itself was beautiful and we had no complaints at all. The resort itself was staggeringly large. It was meticulously kept, clean, with so many beaches to choose from that were all lovely

The hotel complex is truly gigantic, offering vast amounts of space for relaxation and enjoyment. The entire grounds are beautifully maintained and allow for a very peaceful atmosphere

We had a great stay here, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was great, especially Andreea, the assistant hotel manager at Sani Dunes. Will definitely come back.

This provides a semi-private pool experience without the premium! It's perfect for when you have little ones who inevitably forget something in the room as getting back to the room is mere steps away! There are comfortable thick padded sun loungers everywhere (including in junior suite gardens) and more towels than anyone needs

We also appreciated the slick and friendly service from Chris at Artemis / Elia and Riyad at Elia. The key reason that we keep returning to Sani is that it feels familiar yet always has fun surprises in store

The Porto team, managed by Mr Sakis, continues to impress. Each hotel at Sani resort has its own character and style of service - Porto's style is one of elevated personalised service

We've previously stayed in the junior suites which I am a big fan of - they are very spacious and thoughtfully designed with private gardens opening onto the freeform pool

The promenade to Sani Club is wonderful and cycling along it with the beach on one side was wonderful ! Themed dinners (i. Halloween) are always a hit with children

The staff remember your name, your preferences and make you feel valued. Ioanna Dasylla deserves special mention for creating such a memorable holiday

Excellent resort with outstanding facilities and service. I've attended a wedding banquet and also spent the weekend here. The rooms are spacious offering also suites

The room cleanliness, pool, and sea were all excellent. Additionally, I did not experience any dissatisfaction with the restaurant

Breakfast buffet offering plenty of sweet and savoury options. Wedding reception and dinner up to par to premium standards. Totally recommended for a city break when in Alexandroupoli
