I stayed at Philoxenia with my family for a week, i have to give out big compliments. The food is my primary concern when i book an all inclusive/half board type of resort. The food was excellent every day, every breakfast and every dinner. The rooms were clean and well furnished for a proper sleep, and the location is surrounded of trees by the sea. The closest beach is literally 40 seconds on foot...

Hotel is near city beach, which is not that nice and for nice beach which is around 1 km away you need car and in general in that city there is not much to do. Hotel room looks new while bathroom look like from 20 years ago. Sometimes hot water is missing and staff tells you to wait 10 min for it, not possible with baby. If you got basic room you will have access to one pool, older one and the other...

This is a very pleasant family hotel. It is built like small apartment blocks and is ideal for people with young children. There are three pools, two of which are perfect for kids. The rooms are new, clean, and tidied daily. We stayed in the Olive Suites, which are luxurious, spacious, modern, and spotless. They have their own private garden. Great experience at this hotel. Service was great and all were very helpful and friendly. Special mention of the folks at the reception and the male life gaurd. They pick phones at 1st ring- all day and night and solve any issues you may have quickly. Good walk to the beach and the pathway through the stairs to the beach reminded me I need to exercise more frequently 😜😝🤓🥸

Hotel is in very nice village with good restaurants and bars, rather chill place, without parties so very nice for families. Whole hotel is rather clean and nice, very nice private beach with sunbeds. Apart this we were avoiding food, our kids was eating only fries because was not so much choice for them... And for us so we were eating mostly in restaurants, i had this feeling that dinner was preapered...

5 -star hotel but with maximum 3-star services and facilities. You pay ultra all inclusive but the food ends in an hour. you have to ask for plates, forks, napkins. the snacks are the same sandwiches every day and maybe some fruit. Poor cleaning. uncomfortable sunbeds. Small beach but with sand. Nice for kids. They tax 100 euro for 5 star hotel/ week but nothing to do in this village. Lost in time...

Excellent hotel! The food was fantastic, the staff very friendly. Also the hotel is front of the sea and the are is magic. Cleaning is in the highest level, pool and beach in the top! I recommend it to everyone, please visit the sky bar in the roof, you will never forget it!

Nice place to spend your vacation...

We only went to their beach bar and used the sun beds there. 15 eur compulsory bar consumption for one umbrella, two beds and one chair - very fair I think. Service was quite slow. The loungers were not too cramped next to each other. They have a happy hour for beer int he afternoon - 3 eur for a large draft beer. Wine came along with a quite a large portion of salty nuts.

Very nice hotel, with unique concept and architrcture. It is clean and peaceful. Kind and welcoming personal offers great and discrete service. Hotel has a good position near the beach, with lots of greenery around. We enjoyed the stay here.

We had an amazing experience here! Everything was beyond our expectations – the place was spotless clean, the location is fantastic, just a few steps from the beach with crystal clear water, a gentle entrance, and soft sand. The staff were wonderful, always kind and ready to help with anything we needed. Truly one of the best stays we’ve had, and we would definitely come back.

Plenty of fishes in the sea, where the rocks are. You can see them really well early in the morning or before sunset. Clean, wide, perfect for kids if they can swim.

Mixed feelings - some of the houses are great and close to the beach which is also very nice, but most of them are far away (need to cross a road and go up on a hill). The rooms and facilities are perfect the pool area and seats are very comfy. From breakfast you can see the sea and the owner does not interve but always helpful if you ask for something. The walk to the beach is around 10 minutes and town around 15 minutes but all the food we ate was fine. Cocktails and drinks round the pool area are reasonably priced and the value for money would be hard to match

Friendly staff and nice hotel. Definetely worth the money since there is a quite environment, with a pool. The restauarant is also really convenient. Only con is that you have to pay 5 EUR extra for AC which is just weird, it could just be included to the total price, since the hotel is already cheap.

We stayed as a family of 4 in a one bed suite. It is the smallest of the ikos resorts and we felt that is best suited to those with younger children. Food was amazing and it was always easy to get a table in the restaurants. We stayed over May half term.

There’s no doubt Ikos is a lovely holiday, but they haven’t appreciated with the constant price increases, our expectations are also rising. We’ve been to Ikos 4 times over the past 6 years and the price is 40% higher now than it was. But equally the size of portions and drinks have decreased. Whilst that’s ‘not a problem’, the attention from staff is not the same either. Bar staff walk past you...

Beautiful resort. This is perfect for families, it’s small and feels very safe. Lovely splash pad with a beautiful play area right next to it. We were guests in this beautiful hotel from 20 to 25 May 2023. The welcome from Christina was very friendly. The rooms were picco bello clean and tidy. The name suggests that it is a family hotel - but we are currently the only ones here with children. The friendly staff and the cleanliness are worth mentioning - everything is perfect. Lovely apartments, in quiet and friendly town. The apartments are a bit small but really well equiped. We were on the ground floor and a corner, which meant we had a small terrace. Very friendly and helpful people whom do everything to help you. It is near the "big" road to Nikiti, so you can hear the traffic, but if you close the big door at night, it shuts off most of the noice.

I cannot believe this is 3 star, it is better than a lots of the 5* resorts I have been to. Let’s begin - the rooms are big, cleaned regularly and well equipped. Good food, nice beach, pleasant atmosphere. Water in our bathroom was salty and completely lacking at times, so taking a shower can feel like playing the lottery :) Management and cleaning staff are helpful.

Friendly stuff and delicious food. The room was very clean and cool. We spent a very nice and reastful vacation. Comfortable for families with children. Amazing garden very near the beach . Just few steps and you are at the beach where you can sit under the umbrella and drink the famous greek frappe.

On the last day of our trip, we stayed in this hotel to be on the road. Rooms are clean but it will be better if they invest a little bit in the restaurant. The employees are friendly and the owner of the hotel, which offers breakfast and dinner, loves Turks and Turkey.

But it's right in the middle of Kassandra and Sithonia, so if you have a car, is a great base to adventure from.
